It started off as a great experience. I really liked Justin and trusted him completely. I spent lots of time with him on the phone and he was very helpful and attentive until he got the down payment, it went downhill from there. The minute those guys walked in my home until the minute they walked out was a disaster. They showed up late everyday, took long lunch breaks and took three times longer than the expected time to complete the job. They were installing wood floors and because we live in a high-rise they had to cut in the condo. They did not cover anything and we lived in saw dust for over a month. Justin never once showed his face during the whole process and lied over and over about the measures they were taking to fix the daily problems that were occurring as I brought them to his attention. Once the process was finally all over there was still glue all over my brand new floors as well as scratches that they guys had left. Justin and Chris came out and met with my husband and I to try to clear everything up. They were very nice, apologetic and promised to get everything fixed in a very timely manor. We fell for it again, both trusted them and gave them "almost" the full amount owed. It took two weeks for them to come clean the glue off. They did not get all the glue, scratched the floor more, and left white dry spots. Then, it took two more months to get another crew out. After they left I took pictures of the spots and sent them to Justin and never heard another word from him. I am not a big review writer and even paid to get on Angie's list just to write this review to try to save others from a horrible experience such as ours.

I used them but I ended up having to have the whole thing credited. It was long drawn out process. They were not helpful and refused to deal with it. They had an unbiased specialist to look at the floor who ruled in our favor but they did not bother to acknowledge it. They used indoor glue for outdoor carpeting. I used them again to work on the doors but they messed it up again. It was a bad experience twice.

They provided us with competent carpet installers who did a good job. I liked that there were plenty of options that we could choose from when deciding what kind of carpet that we wanted to put in our home. It is also nice, that through my Home Depot credit, I can pay for this over 12 months, rather than having to pay the entire price of the work up front. We also plan to have them replace the countertops in our kitchen very soon.
