He was onsite throughout the process, supervising and encouraging numerous contractors: plumbers/pipefitters, carpenters, painters, roofers, raingutter specialists, etc. He worked closely with us to schedule the work promptly, order (and re-order, when necessary) the exactly right supplies, complete the work efficiently and excellently, and then send me a detailed, illustrated report of exactly what was done.
