I asked for an estimate to replace 3 windows, and received an estimate of close to $700. However, he couldn't even understand what windows I had, and he was technically incapable of understanding products in his own business. I paid him a $350 deposit. After that, two more real professionals both confirmed he had ordered the wrong materials. He refused to return my refund saying that it was non-refundable and covered the cost of the materials. "Non-refundable" was not on the receipt, although he did tell my why there was a down payment. However, if he takes my money as a "professional", I expect him to know what he is doing, and stand behind his work. I would stay as far away from this provider as possible!
Description of Work: He gave an estimate for 3 windows for the home I was selling, and I provided a down payment of $350, for which he provided nothing. He was willing to install windows he had ordered, but they were the wrong windows, and would not match what I already had.
