Description of Work: On July 18, 2010 I requested a estimate from North Texas Thin Pavers (a company of G& S Renovattions, INc.) which was $1,945. I confirmed the estiamted on 11/26/2011. On July, 2011 I told them I wanted to go ahead and have the job done. I was told good, I will schedule Sam Timmerman to come out. He came came out. When I asked about when the job can be done, he responded that he would send me the information this evening. When he did, the estimate was $2,945. Significant increase. It is almost like he thought he had a job and could actually get away with it. When he was here I told him that it did not matter when he did the job, because i was not in a rush and this in the middle of his peak period.
