They were great! I was emailed photos of quartz remnant pieces they had on hand (instead of driving across town just to see I they had anything I liked). When I went in person to confirm what I liked, they were so helpful in talking through finishing details that I hadn't thought about. Their guys for measurement and install were on time and professional. Their prices were great and we would definitely use them again

I am planning on updating my home to include flooring, quartz countertops, backsplash. I had received their info from a friend who used their services. I went to their place of business and scheduled a home appointment. I was able to schedule it in just a couple of days from then. The representative came as scheduled, measured, listened to my requests, etc. He was pleasant and professional.They emailed the estimate to me within 9 days. I ultimately decided on another company. It was just a matter of personal preference. I have no reason to believe that their work would be excellent. One factor, however is that the other company had more reviews on Angie's list (favorable). Could be a result of being in business longer...not sure. (The work has not been done as of this review.)

We had a great experience and would hire them again. We had heard horror stories of remodels but we cannot say enough good about our remodel and would highly recommend them.

Good service

It was awful. Workers could not speak English and were unsupervised. Problems reported were not addressed. In the end, we were without 2 bathroom for 4 weeks and had to call in another provider to complete the work. Galvan's work was poor at best. The quality was bad, they did not take responsibility and they were not responsive to our issues. The fact that they did not meet their commitments and were unable to correct their mistakes forced us to find someone else to take over.

Staff was helpful in selecting granite and grout. Work was done when promised and results are beautiful.

I feel like I spent a lot of money for mediocre results that I could have done better myself.

They were very friendly and responsive. Their prices were reasonable compared to other companies. The bathroom installation was flawless. We did have a small problem with our granite window seat not being level but they came back out the next day and fixed it. We would definitely use they again.

They did a pretty good job. What they didn't do correctly, they came back and fixed it. They did a good job on the bathroom vanities although there was a window seat they did in the bedroom that was out of level and they had to come back and fix that. The vanities, I had to reseal the granite myself to make sure that it was waterproof because I noticed the water stain on one part of the granite, so I just resealed it myself. But, they were very accommodating and easy to work with at their shop and so, very flexible.

This customer service was the best I've seen in a long time. A rep answered right away and was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone. Also, due to the fact that I was on a tight schedule, someone came out that same evening to give me a complete an accurate assessment. I had previously hired another company to do the job and after ripping up my floor, the supervisor decided it was too much work for them and they left me with a complete mess. I came on angieslist to find help and got in touch with Galvan floors. After hearing my situation the rep worked with me and I ended up spending less than what the other company charged and it was done horizontally like I wanted. The workers arrived at the exact time and got to work right away. My one and only problem I had was the workers couldn't speak any english so I had to call the company once or twice to communicate with the workers. Other than that I was very pleased. They obviously knew what they were doing because my floor looks very nice. If I ever need floor work done again, they will be my first call.

It all started with a visit to the Marazzi Tile Distributor. We fell in love with the Super Saltillo display. There was a little tag next to it showing that Galvan had done the install. When we stopped by the Galvan showroom the next day, we were greeted by Anabelle Munoz. I showed her the sample from Marazzi and gave her my info. Within a day or so, she emailed me a rough estimate based upon the measurement I had done myself. I got a couple quotes from other contractors, but no one beat Galvan, so I called Anabelle and asked what the next step was. They needed to have one of their guys come out to do a measurement for the contract. Juan stopped by that Friday on his way to his ranch for the weekend. No need for me to take off from work -- Perfect! I wanted to paint the entryway a blue shade that was in the deco tiles. I called Anabelle and she got a couple tiles for me -- such great service! I had to wait until my painters were done and paint dried before laying the tile, so I didn't have an exact date. Anabelle just said that they needed 2-3 days notice to schedule. Since I wasn't going to be there while they were working, I asked if they could arrive early. There was no problem accommodating my schedule. Gabino and his helper got right to work setting up their equipment, etc. Both rooms had previously had carpet and I was pleased at the amount of prep work that they did to scrape off the old carpet glue, sweep and mop, then seal the concrete. The entryway tile is in a pinwheel pattern on a 45 degree diagonal. I was amazed at how well Gabino was able to line it all up without spacers. He is a true craftsman! When I renovate other rooms in my house, I will definitely be calling Galvan.

They were very good and very professional. They did the work in a real timely manner. They were real good, very friendly and helpful in terms of helping us select the material we wanted to use and so forth. It was a good experience.

He was very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I just received an estimate. I thought the estimate was quite high for the work to be done.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them for other people. I will probably use them down the road. They are all around very good.

From our first visit with Lupe we were comfortable in our decision to hire Galvan Floors. He came to our home with lots of samples, and pictures of work they had already done. He was very helpful, paid close attention to detail and had some unique suggestions for our backsplash. We went with one of his ideas for the backsplash and we're very happy with how it turned out. In fact, we're happy with how it all came together from the sink, to the granite countertops, and the backsplash. We'll use Galvan Floors again.

Great price for the quality of work. They were on time and worked "from dusk to dawn" until they were done.
