Agreed for mowing and triming to include ground cover @ $69 per week. Also asked for additional hedge trimming and removal of ivy from house at additional cost. Attention to need of trimming of ground cover got worse as the summer progressed. His way of removing the ivy from the house was to cut it off at the ground, letting it die and falling off the house. He took a week off for vacation in the middle of the growing season in which we were not told about ahead of time. He never seemed to have time to get to the additional hedge trimming which I was happy to pay for. He also regularly blew all the grass clippings in the street. We have to ask for bills in order to pay him since he apparently does not keep his paperwork up to date. Final issue was when the leaves fell, what hr couldn't mulch with the mower got blown and piled up in the flower beds. He came back a couple of weeks later on a different day than normal. My wife told him he could get in the back yard since she was about to leave and that I was not happy with the way he left our yard with the leaves piled up. He said "do you have a problem with that" and my wife told him yes that I was about to find someone else to do the work. He told her that was good and we were too high maintenance. If you are looking for someone that only wants to mow and blow, this is your guy, not mine.
