Fort worth pool was by far 100% customer satisfaction .James Bryant always kept us updated and informed through the entire construction. They really turned my back yard into a masterpiece. Our Pool is more than i imagined. I recommend this company to any one who is looking for good customer service and Best Quality Work for a reasonable price.

James explained the steps during the initial meeting. He made sure I understood and walked me through any potential issues. During the process he kept me informed on status and expectations of completion for every step. Anytime I called the office I was treated like I was the only customer and never felt rushed to get off the phone. Everyone was professional and respectful when working at my home. I would recommend them to anyone and have already told my friends to call when they are ready for not just a pool installation but an area I feel is a great getaway after a long day at work.

He cared very much about us being happy with the work. Our pool looks awesome! Our project involved sanding and resurfacing our pool deck, replacing old coping and tile and replastering the pool.

This company has been very professional and addressed every question or concern no matter how insignificant they might seem to be. All materials have been the best quality and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. James is the total package, you are not just buying a pool from his company, but all the expertise that he has with landscaping and backyard remodeling. He made sure that everything was done to the highest standards and to our complete satisfaction. We highered him to build a patio pergola/covering once the pool construction was completed. Everything was completed on time to the highest standards.

The entire project was absolutely phenomenal from planning through finish! This was a big project. We added an outdoor kitchen, a pool and landscaping in the back as well as a retaining wall, new stairs, landscaping and artificial grass in the front. The design and the execution was top-notch in every aspect! I completely recommend this company for your next outdoor project!!!

James and team exceeded our expectations. We had a design/dream in mind and Fort Worth Pool made it a reality. This was our second time building a pool and was such a pleasant experience. We didn’t feel as if we were being upsold on every decision. The team did a great job of communicating and working together during the entire process. James produces a great pool for a fair price. I don’t even know where to start to be honest. James Bryant and Fort Worth Pool are hands down the best people I have worked and interacted with in a long time. The pool build was on schedule even during the rainy season and the communication was unreal. My advice when using Fort Worth Pool is to listen to James throughout the design process. He has a vision unlike anyone I have ever met. Our pool design changed (for the better) several times and we could not be more thankful and happy with the final product. This was our first pool and I will say the personal touch provided by James was next level. I would gladly back them on any service they provide.

We love our new pool. James and team understands your vision and can bring it to life. We are really enjoying the pool with our kids and grandkids it is spectacular!
