+ -1 moreThey came out 9/8, took a quick look at our washing machine and said they didn't have the necessary part even though we gave them the model number and described exactly what needed to be fixed beforehand. We were told they would return the next day (9/9) but they no-call/ no-showed. When we followed up and spoke with the owner, we were informed that he gave all technicians the day off so they would not be coming out as promised. They said they will be out between 9-11am tomorrow so we will give them another 24hrs.
Description of Work: We initially called them to service our LG washing machine
