We are a small business and had to close our storefront due to the economy. We almost lost our home and have four children. After we sold the last of our equipment and were finally able to pay overdue invoices, the week before we were going to pay this company the owner came to our HOME and began threatening us. After I told him not to come to our home again he immediately sent threats to my email and began text messaging us with threats, and he said in those messages he would not stop. Formal complaints with the Attorney General have been filed against the owner and the business, and a police report has been filed. This man is dangerous and has made me and my children fearful of being in our own home. If this man is capable of terrorizing us at our private residence for such a small invoice, what else is he capable of?

The only negative, if you want to call it that, was their backlog. It took several weeks to work my job into their schedule, but the wait was worth it. Another service had refused to repair the broken line, leaving one of my sprinkler zones out of service. The tech was worried because the line ran between two retaining walls, and the repair might require moving some stone. FW Lawn Sprinkler's tech managed to fix it without any problems, and he located a leak in another part of the system that the other tech overlooked. He also tuned up the rest of the system. I've used several different companies over the years, but I think I've found one for the long haul.

Outstanding! Alan Garcia solved a longstanding drainage problem at the back of our house which included rain getting in a garage and porch. His plan worked perfectly! The installation crew was totally professional! Three days of very hard physical work trenching through limestone rock and heavy clay. Everything was installed perfectly and correctly. Cleanup was extraordinary! After lots of clay dirt and rock over the back yard, when they left one would hardly know a trench was ever dug! Extremely pleased with this company! VERY highly recommended!

Monty determined that there was indeed a leak and was able to fix it despite have to chisel the pipe out of concrete poured around from a shoddy gate install. He was also able to install a rain / freeze sensor and took the time to explain the control panel and give useful watering strategies. Well worth it!!

Did a very good job in repairing an old irrigation system that needed new water valves and sprinkler heads.

Superb! Nathan was on-time and professional. He walked with me around the yard and we discussed my issues and concerns. We discussed several improvements that were needed (riser replacements) since we had completely reconfigured the flower beds last Fall. Fort Worth Sprinkler has been 'taking care' of my parents system for years. I am more than pleased to be able to use them in our new Fort Worth home.

Upgraded system and explained operations of control unit.

The back yard took less than a day to do. They were great. They had to cut up the yard but they cleaned up and stamped the dirt back down so it was level. It looked professional. We've had to call them back several times with questions and they're very responsive about getting back with us. They are great people to work with and took the time to explain to us how everything worked with our new system.

They came and repaired a problem I had with a sprinkler junction box, that a previous company could not successfully repair. In about an hour they had the issue properly repaired, and for much less than what the other company tried to charge me.

FWLS has about a 2 week wait for an appointment. Hourly rate seems a little high to me but I have no comparison to any other company. Jamie, who books the service calls is great. Justin, the technician who worked on my system was personable and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the work done.

They were great. They sent a technician who conferred with Alan Garcia, the owner. He came out, was in touch with the irrigation specialist from the water dept. They replaced 21 pop-ups and raised 6 heads and the system is now working well. They stayed with the problem until it was solved and the service was superior. I am so grateful for their tenacity in making things work!!!

The job was professionally designed and cost estimated. Cost was higher that I expected but company had an excellent reputation and I went ahead without seeking multiple bids. It is likely I could have obtained a better price with more negotiation. All work was completed in a timely manner over about three days and the trenches were well repaired. I have used the system a few times since installation but it performed well with excellent coverage of the yard and beds. It will require a summer season before its long term reliability can be determined. The company states they will provide full support and further training in system use as needed. All work was completed in a professional manner with adequate supervision and I am very satisfied with its performance to date. This company charges more than the competition but they are worth the cost. There are many low quality firms in this business but you will likely have problems with long term performance and little support in the future.

Very prompt service. After initial work was done, they made arrangements to come back and inspect the entire system. They were very professional and kept me updated on when to expect the service man to return. Very impressed with the everyone from the person who answered the phone and made the appointment to the professionalism of the representative to came to do the work.

Sprinkler repair and installation. Qualified techs show up on time, know their job, get the work done and don't cost too much.

It went extremely well. The sales rep, Alan Garcia was a troubleshooter and he arranged everything for us. The schedule was convenient for us and the work was very neat including primarily the ditching. They did a lot of work for us and were very pleased with the results.

I have been using them for 8-10 years and I have them come out at least twice a year for routine check and maintenance. I am very satisfied with them and will continue to use them.

Excellent as always. The company has maintained the sprinkler system since we repurchased the house three years ago. They also installed a French drain system in the backyard. The drain system installation went very smooth with everything done as promised and on time. The system has worked perfectly since installation three years ago. Can't say enough good about this company. They are excellent.

They conducted the work when scheduled and followed up on additional items in a timely.

Very well. We were so pleased, we asked for an estimate to irrigate the back yard, Alan came out today, slighty early and the price was good. We plan to install a sprinkler in the back as well now.

Excellent service! Technicians arrived on schedule and did the work efficiently and professionally. Can't ask for more! In this horrible drought we depend on this fine company to keep our old system up and running. The technicians explained what needed to be done and did the work to completion during their visit. We will continue to use this company in future as there really isn't anyone better.

They are very professional and reliable. They showed up on time and are fair.

The service man was actually early and the office did a fantastic job of communicating his schedule for the day. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. When he located the valves, he pointed out that some were leaking and recommended that I replace all of them since he had them all dug up. I agreed. He then told me that he would need to return with some more help to get it done. I understood that too. After 2 full days (1 day rained) with no contact from FWLS, I called them on Friday morning to inquire when I could expect them to finish the job as there were 2 large holes in my front yard and wires exposed. The person who answered the phone was very condescending and seemed irritated that I would ask considering the weather. She told me that they would be out on the following Tuesday. I tried to express that I expected a quicker response considering that the job was in mid-stream she became very defensive and somewhat hostile towards me. I told her that I would have appreciated a call from them, rather than having to call to find out when the work would be completed. She then said she had concern that if she sent her service man out to finish the job that I wouldn't pay for the work because I had said I was displeased with the customer service. I feel that if this company would have called to alert me of the delay, or would have been more reasonable when I called in, that I would have been satisfied with my experience.

They are excellent because they are good about trying to work you in their schedule. They have a good personnel. They are nice, polite, and they just do a good job.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH.
