These guys trashed my house with soot. They covered one piece of furniture, but sent soot all over the 2 story house. Everything is covered in a layer of black. It's all over my floors and furniture. The provider said he would give me a credit of 65$ on my bill for a cleaning service to fix the problem. He won't acknowledge that the damage he has done will cost way more than that to clean. My maid and I have been working for days to get this house clean and we cant because soot is floating everywhere still. There are black hand prints all over . This group has literally left me in tears and dismay. I would avoid these people.

My house is covered in soot. Everywhere. Everything is black. I have been cleaning for 2 days and I still have black feet and hands from anything I touch. The provider was sympathetic the first day. He said he would make it right and pay for the damage out of the bill. He said he would give me 65$ to clean the house. That' s great but I can' t find anyone to clean a 5,000sq ft house covered in soot for 65$. The couch will also cost 400$ to clean. The provider was unwilling to credit my bill anymore and accused me of causing the problem because my chiney was so dirty . He then said the house was always that dirty and I just didnt notice??? Really??! I didn't notice my black feet and hands??? So in the end to just get him out of my house and my face, I paid 900$ for about 800$ in damage. The provider was impossible to reason with and unwilling to accept responsibility. I would never let these people in your house, they just trashed mine.

Arrived on time, gave a reasonable quote for services, chimney cap installed and chimney sweep same day. My problem with this company came after the day of service. After installation of a chimney cap and sweep, I came home later that evening to find that a trapped animal in the chimney came out through the fireplace while I was gone and destroyed my living room. A complete mess! I believe that had a more detailed chimney sweep taken place, I would not be dealing with the cleanup a week later. I called the company asking if they could come back and get the trapped animal out of the chimney. The operator said they would do this for me later that afternoon. I received a call from the technician prior to his arrival, telling me that it would be an additional $60.00 to remove the animal. I questioned why I was having to pay in addition to what I paid the day before and the technician became very argumentative, telling me that he went the extra mile for me, my chimney was built wrong, I needed to cut back my trees, etc... He was extremely rude. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a detailed chimney sweep.

Showed up on time. Clean chimmey, showed me dangerous fire potential, made repairs. Cleaned air duct vent for dryer. Guaranteed work. Did a good job, professional and showed up on time.
