Fix This Garage Door

Sean was very quick to respond to my request to have our garage door serviced. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend using him and we will use him again for any future needs.

The technician arrived promptly as scheduled. We were worried we were going to have to buy a whole new garage and all of its working parts, but after inspection, we were told our actual garage door was fine and we just needed a few minor repairs, which were not that expensive at all.. After the assessment, the technician had all of the items required on his truck, and he performed the work right then and quickly. I would highly reccomend this business to anyone and everyone.

They got to my house within 2 hours of my call, even when a lot of other companies couldn't come within 3 days due to bad storms. Sean very professional, explained everything to me and got the job done very quick. I would highly recommend!

Had a handful of small things that I needed to get a quote on. After coming out the answers included replace everything with $150 of labor for each, simple stuff, crazy quote. On top of that charged me $40 quote charge that was never told to me before they came out. Didn’t find them professional at all and that $40 should have never been charged since I was just getting a quote. I’ll find someone who is more customer friendly.

Sean came one day to see what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. The next day Reese came and installed a new opener. He explained all the bells and whistles to the opener, cleaned the work space and was very professional.

Great service and fair pricing. I had a custom project and they were the only ones to identify valid concerns which needed to be included in the quote. They had no problem doing an installation on a Sunday after raising my garage header to 8’ on a Saturday. They were on time, did exactly what I wanted, left the place clean and even helped out my neighbor before leaving! Do not hesitate to give them a chance to quote. Just know Sean (I think that’s how he spelled it) is going to do it right the first time and is attentive when it come to the details. Very happy!

Sean quickly corrected the problem and then at my request stayed to perform maintenance on the the opener. He was very professional and I will only contact him for any future garage door needs.
