Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage Inc of Ft. Worth

My daughter's bed frame was damaged beyond repair. I specifically asked for it to be taken apart and loaded into a pod; they missed screws or tried loading it without taking it all apart and the wood panels are destroyed where screws stayed attached and panels broken off (purchased 2022, practicallyin new condition). My treadmill (bowflex, purchased 2023 also practically in new condition) and wooden TV cabinet ( a couple of years old, minor worn condition) were cosmetically damaged. I understand some damage can happen to heavier large items, but I chose a company I thought would have honest workers. The workers tried hiding the damages by putting a piece of paper on the bed panels. I waited for the claim process prior to writing about my experience to see how the company would handle this mishap. I received a check for $140 due to the weight of the bed and treadmill. This is a $2200 bed frame from Pottery Barn that can't be touched up or repaired. The total "weight" is irrelevant as the panels should have been properly taken apart by removing all of the screws. The weight of an individual panel is not that much, I can move them by myself without a dolly. I needed help taking the bed apart and loaded due to having a baby and a toddler with me. Besides the damaged bed frame and cosmetically damaged treadmill and tv cabinet, I would still not recommend. They did not load the pods properly. They left a lot of open space at the top as if they weren't sure how to stack properly meaning I had to rent an extra pod since I had 2 pods loaded half way instead of to the top. Also, my large tv and art boxes were loaded in on their sides. I don't understand this when the boxes were clearly marked with arrows and tv pictures on them. I didn't need the extra stress of wondering if they got damaged until we were able to unpack them. Nice guys, I guess, but totally clueless on moving stuff and taking furniture apart

What a great moving company! From booking the job, to the last piece of furniture moved, it was a very smooth process. I moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2 story townhome without one piece of furniture broken. I can’t say enough good things about this company & their movers

The 3 thieves who moved my mother stole a PlayStation 4, a controller and a few games out of a box she had it packed in. These thieves had the nerve to tell my mother they had cameras on the moving truck and after reviewing their so called 6 hours of video from her entire move that they did not see anything when they reached out in regards to the complaint. Anyway, if you are in need of movers you might want to look elsewhere for a company who’s trustworthy without this tarnish on their reputation…you might end up with the thieves who moved my mother last Friday on July 15th.

Outstanding service would recommend to everyone. I contracted for two men and one truck for 1/2 day. They showed up on time, very friendly, professional and easy to work with. It was obvious that they had done this many times before. They knew exactly what to do, what question to asked, very efficient and wasted no time. We were moving a relative from home to an Asst. Care Facility. Upon arrival at the Facility they already knew the protocols: Sign in at front desk, must wear mask, etc. They came prepared. They unloaded everything and placed each item where we asked for it to go. After they finished they asked if there was anything else they could assist with. Very polite and professional the entire time. They made the entire process very easy. Only had to make one call during that conversation I provided them with the items that required moving, from and to addresses, the date and time. They provided me with the cost, very reasonable, confirmed the date and time and emailed me a detailed confirmation of what we had agreed to. Maybe 10 minutes at the most on the phone (and no wait or hold times) and I received the emailed confirmation about the same time ended my phone call. Excellent Service

I was moved about a month ago and had been meaning to leave a review before now. Unfortunately Artic weather and one of the worst power outages in Texas history occurred. Putting that aside, I had a local move. The guys that came out to the house were a great group of guys and very professional. They did a great job and worked very hard. I have done my own complete house move in my younger days and I know it is tough work.

Hired to move between two houses about 20 miles apart. Had a Samsung 65" QLED TV they loaded into a box at old house and unloaded at new house. Upon plugging TV in that evening top right of screen completely cracked, picture completely messed up. Filed a claim, denied because I told the movers not to take TV out of box, yet the movers not only took it out of the box they loaded it into, they took the box with them when they left. I sent photos showing obvious moving damage less than 8 hours after the move clearly showing damage where the mover gripped the TV. Doesn't make sense as to why I'm out a $2000 TV. They will move your stuff, but you better hope they don't break anything. That insurance policy you sign up for isn't worth much apparently.

Everything went great. The guys were friendly and fun to talk with. Very quick at moving everything. We used them when we moved our things into storage, as well. And we’ll use them again for our moving needs in the future!

needed help at the last minute and they were helping the next day. They also came back the day after the flooring was put in and moved everything back. They were great to work with.

I was like this is crazy. Apparently I had accidentally called them twice so they sent me two of them. So they do this routinely. I am very upset with them. I didn't choose them. I wrote them saying this is insane - this is fraud. All they sent me was just a thing, "Oh well we have cancelled this and we hope you'll use us in the future." I'm like no I'm not going to use you in the future. And that wasn't adequate. They didn't charge me because I caught it in time. They would have showed up at my door. I don't always check my emails. They would have been at my door. I accidentally called them twice so this apparently wasn't a misunderstanding. This is a practice of theirs. I called them and told them I would let them know. Then I just got the email a week or two later. I think they should be referred to the Better Business Bureau. I didn't go with them because of the price.

Perfectly!! These guys worked hard and got the job done right. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

These guys are AWESOME! They moved my son to a third story apartment in the rain with no complaints or negative statements. They even offered to put a three-piece desk together for us and it was a lifesaver!!!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them.

Excellent -- they were able to work me in last-minute (even went the extra distance of renting an additional truck). They showed up on time, hustled more than I could believe given we hired them hourly. Their trucks were spotless, their employees were very professional and treated our furniture with care. Overall, it was an excellent experience and they were well worth the little extra they charged above the discount movers. I would recommend this moving company to anyone that asked, and would certainly use them again.

Professional from the get go. On time. No surprises. Quick, courteous, and careful. There was an accident with broken glass shelving, it was replaced within 4 days.

They called when they were 20 minutes out letting us know they were on the way. As soon as they arrived, we did a walk-through, signed paperwork and they got started. These gentlemen were all about getting the job done in the safest and quickest possible way. When we arrived at the new residence, we did another walk-through on where items were to be placed and they got down to business.
