+ -1 moreContacting Farmer Jon was done thru a fence company that uses him. He called me after about a week of contacting the fence company. We made an appointment and he had to cancel and we rescheduled. Once he looked at the project, he responded with a proposal, references, pictures and a copy of his insurance. I checked on 4 of the many references and all checked out with high remarks. I did not use Farmer Jons because of a lack of confidence I had in the way he conducted his business. It may just have been a season of unfortuanted circumstances, but on 3 different occassions we tried to meet, he had very tall tales to explain his rescheduling or the no show. In person, Farmer Jon, seems to be a very likable fellow. I wanted to give him the business, but after a no show to show us an example of his work and another tall tale, I decided to move on to our next choice.
Description of Work: I requested bids for removal of an old rock retaining wall that was damaged and construct a new 6' tall approximatly 130' long new rock wall.
