I purchased the Big Deal and was notified immediately that services would be performed in about two weeks which was fine. The provider set up the appointment after that time frame and did a complete wash of my home exterior. When I came home I was pleasantly surprised that my home definitely looked a whole lot better. David and his team got rid of the dirt, grime, pollen, and mildew that accumulates throughout the year. There were a couple areas that were missed around the base of the home and under my covered patio. His crew was able to reattach a vent cover that blew off under my soffit that was over 20' up that I have been unable to get to. Great job overall and I appreciate his assistance and Big Deal.

The provider informed me that my deck needed to be painted, not just cleaned and sealed. That work fell outside the terms of the Big Deal and he advised me to contact Angie's List. I have reached to Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

I would not use them again as the deal did not seem as I understood it. They did not do any work for me.

I wasnt able to use the deal because they have a backlog of 2 months before they would be able to complete the services. They are very nice people and I would certainly recommend or consider using them in the future.

It went very well. I was impressed that they were willing to work with me for additional work beyond the deck. I had them power wash the house and driveway in addition to the deal.

I contacted David on Sunday afternoon, heard back from him almost immediately. I described what we needed and he sent an estimate and offered to come and do the work the next day! He showed up when promised and did an EXCELLENT job. Our driveway sparkles!

It took them a while to come and do the job, but when they came, they did great. It looked great when they were done.

Mr. Hoover was punctual and did an extremely professional job. I have had other contractors in the past clean the deck but none did as good a job as David Hoover. I would highly recommend his services to my friends. In fact, I did just that and the results were exactly the same. An extremely satisfied customer experience.

WOW!! Fantastic job! David moved everything off my deck & pressure washed it. When he returned to stain/seal it, he repaired protruding nails and sanded many areas. The stain he used is gorgeous. His estimate was WAAAAY less than other businesses on here!! I can't imagine a better experience. :-)

I believe my project was more daunting that David had originally thought, but he stuck to his original plan and completed the project in a timely manner. He was extremely thorough in cleaning up behnid himself and was very patient as we decided which stain to use. I would highly recommend David if you are looking for a trustworthy contractor that will not beat around the bush. He was very open and honest with me on every aspect of the project. I plan to hire David again to pressure wash my house, driveway, and install gutter guards in the near future.

Had some issues with scheduling - showed up several hours early one day. Plants around the deck were trampled a bit, otherwise an adequate job.

Great! He went above and beyond with the cleaning and did a neat job of staining. It looks much better.

He showed up kinda when he wanted too, mainly ahead of sch, early morning. The last day he brought help with him, the guy sprayed the final coat all over my house which has been a pain to remove. This was years ago, for some reason it keeps popping up for me to write this. I had no intention of doing it untill i got sick of the request. He did good on the house and drive way pressure washing. The deck I was not really pleased with how it went, was a angies list deal. He did contact fast and was ready to work, so that was not an issue.

Very professional and friendly The price was great and installation completed in one day. We are very satisfied in all respects.

He came out and did the power washing. He charged more due to the sq footage. When he left he ran over a pipe that sticks up out of the ground. He did replace the top of it. He never gave me a receipt for the extra 185.00 I paid for the porch. He stained it and he did not leave me any extra stain that was left over. He did let me know to let everything dry.

Mr. Hoover was able to bring our dilapidated deck back almost to its original condition, after years of neglect. In addition to cleaning and sealing, he made many repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone! He was very prompt and obviously cared about the quality of the work he did.

Our house was in terrible shape and we were not sure what to do to fix it. The deck and house were covered in mildew and the driveway was almost black. David came out and put me at ease that he could make everything better with a soft power wash. BOY WAS HE RIGHT! Our house looks brand new and the deck is amazing! There is no trace of green mildew on the cream siding, the trim is bright white and the driveway looks like Caribbean Bach sand. To say that we are pleased would be an understatement!

He refinished our outside deck in the rear of our house including the steps. Plus, he also redid our playset in the yard for free!

David was on time, worked efficiently, and completed the work to our satisfaction. His prices are reasonable, and he was kind and professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing exterior cleaning.

The called in advance to confirm location and eta, they worked quickly, professionally and took care to ensure attention to detail. Everything turned out sparkling clean and no damage. The best kind of service, is respectful, courteous and focused on the job to be done. Much appreciated! :-)

I spent a lot more than the deal. That's the way things work, they give you a little price but they did a good job. They didn't really include the staining but it was okay. The deal doesn't include underneath the deck, it only includes the top part of the deck and it also doesn't include the railings. The price was fair and reasonable. They were responsive.

Added 50' of leaf guard and cleaned the gutter first. It took about an hour.

It turned out fine. Our house is much bigger than what their original thing was but they gave us the same price or an additional footage that we needed to cover our drains. The final product is great. That’s no problem. He did have to reschedule 3 different times before he finally was able to get out here and do it. So that was a little annoying especially the first time when my husband took off of work just to wait for him. Even though I had given the gentleman our phone numbers, he was e-mailing and my husband is not really good at checking his e-mail all the time. Once he got out here and did it, it was fine. I was kind of surprised he didn’t come out to look at the job first to see how much he was going to need. He just came out with what was he had for sale. So he came back the 2nd day to finish it. I think the pricing was comparable and good. He came when he finally said he was supposed to. The end product was what we wanted and expected.

It went well. After looking at my gutters, we needed to use a different product that was not covered with this coupon.
