Came on Sunday morning at 10, were finished by 3p. Looks fantastic!

Overall was good. Did not have good choices for stain color.

Did okay.. left some visible stains. offered to come back but heavy rains washed the most visible ones away.

They did just fine. He showed up very early in the morning and there was some confusion because I didn't know he was coming. He wasn't able to do something on the roof because he didn't have the equipment with him to do it. He was a fine man and very quick.

Excellent service and professionalism. My house is white and after it was power washed it looked brand new. There were numerous spots on the back of the house where the deck connected to the house (paint and stain), they applied a solution and scrubbed the areas - completely removed the stain. Totally satisfied with a job well done. There was also a dark mark over the garage door and after power washing it lighten but wasn't removed completely. I had no problem with the spot because it looked better than it originally looked. Dave left because I was satisfied but came back a couple of hours later and scrubbed the spot again -- it totally disappeared. To add to the level of outstanding service provided by Dave and team, they removed the furniture from my deck before working and put it all back. I was totally impressed....Definitely will recommend and employe their services in the future.

This is an example of where Angies list really helped us pick our provider. David was excellent to work with, very communicative, and extremely professional. He performed excellent work getting our deck and porch refreshed. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for porch or deck maintenance/cleaning/painting.

I purchased the big deal for deck cleaning and staining. John did a great job performing the work. Due to constant rain in my area there was a gap between getting the deck clean and applying the stain. However John always stayed in touch and performed the work as soon as we had good weather days. The deck looks awesome now. John also provided all the information related to the stain applied that will be useful in future when deck needs to be redone.

He was a very nice man and on time. After the provider left I notice that he miss some of the white panels but all in all great job.

Arrived on time. Introduced himself and his company. Job took about 2hours. Did a wonderful job. Very pleased. Would recommend to all my neighbors and friends.

Elephant Roof & Exterior Cleaning Inc contacted me to let me know that he threw his back out, and will not be able to do the job in a timely manner.

They were quick to call me that my house was not in their service area. I was pleased that I got such a quick response back from them.

It turned out excellent. We actually hired him to do additional stuff because he was so good. He ended up refurbishing our screen and porch; nice guy. We liked the guy. We hired him to do other services that he did through his company; refurbish the screen and porch, wash part of the house and all sorts of different stuffs and some construction job. And he did a fantastic job on all of it. I would hire him again in a minute. He did what he said he was going to do.

Everything turned out just fine. There are no complaints. It was hard to schedule an appointment.

deck looks awesome and the cement looked brand new afterward.

They did a great job and it looks nice (even did some extra power washing of front sidewalk at no cost). Not a lot of time with kids but they did a great job and I would have them come back and do the railings.

It was okay, it was adequate. They weren't exceptional but they weren't bad.

David did a great job cleaning my driveway & sidewalk. The equipment he uses to include heated water does a super job. I have used Elephant Rood & Exterior Equipment for the past 2 years (last year he cleaned my driveway and concrete around my in ground pool). I plan on having him come out annually. David, thanks for the professional service!!!!

The person representing Elephant Roof & Exterior Cleaning was courteous, dependable, and professional. Overall, this company was excellent. I have inquired of them about additional work already and will definitely use them again.

The company emailed me asking how many feet of gutter guard I needed. I replied to the email, and rec'd a response saying company is no longer installing gutter guards, go get a refund.

They told me to file with you for a refund.
