Great! He did an outstanding job and even spent extra time and effort cleaning stubborn stains on the chimney at no extra cost. Everything looked very nice and no soot on the chimney!

He came out over two days. It was a pretty big job because he did the house and the deck as well as staining the deck. He had to let it dry and then stain it.

The work went very smoothly. David is very upfront and clear. I appreciate his professionalism too.

Elephant Inc was very quick to respond, and was able to meet my schedule needs. He did an excellent job cleaning my roof (removed pine straw and cleaned). The owner, who also did the work, was extremely pleasant to deal with, both over email and in person. I would definitely recommend them!

Work went well. Vendor arrived on time and the quality of his work was excellent. Very polite and discussed what he did and any other problems or issues that I would not have been aware of.

We corresponded via email to set up the job. Even though it took a few days to set up, David was very attentive to my request and completed the job in a timely manner. After the job, he cleared the area of all debris. He was very professional in his approach to preforming the work, and my wife loved the results. We would use his services again.

I have used Elephant twice for powerwashing my home. David is polite, friendly, and does a fantastic job. I thought he had damaged an exterior light on my home and he made a second trip at no cost to help us check it. It was determined to not even be damaged but I appreciate him going the extra mile!

I don't like to write negative reviews, but sometimes you have to. He did a good job of cleaning my roof, house and driveway, and even came back later to clean the back corner of the house that he couldn't reach the first time due to an overgrown tree next to the house. However the bleach he used on the roof drained down the downspout into the flower bed and killed my azaleas. AFTER he was done with the work and it was about to rain, he told me I should go buy downspout water diverters to prevent the bleach from draining into the flower beds and killing plants, so within a few hours I bought them and put them in place, but it was too late at that point. The damage was done and the plants died a few days later. I even sprayed water on them for a while to try to dilute it, but it was no use. He said he normally provides the diverters but left them somewhere else. When I told him about the dead plants, he said he was sorry but did not offer to compensate me any. I had to replace seven 15-yr old azaleas because he killed three of them, and you can't buy a matching 15-yr old azalea. One other minor issue is that he sprayed water under the front door and didn't think to tell us to put a towel down or something to soak it up instead of our oriental rug (which wasn't damaged, but was a concern). He's been doing this a while, so you'd think he would know these kinds of things. So he did good work, but made a critical error that cost me a LOT of work and trouble, and therefore I can't recommend him to others.

The Service was excellent . I am very happy with the soft power wash of the exterior. The person who came to do the service was very good and user friendly. I am going to recommend Elephant Roof ...... to everyone and will be doing business with them as well.

Did not wash azaleas when job was finished and they were thereby burned and several were killed. Would never hire him again...bad attitude.

David is great to work with -- the projects are done just as promised, in the timeframe promised and at the price promised. He's also gone above and beyond to help us out on other things we've asked about too. His prices are very reasonable -- another company quoted $1500 for the work David charged $399 for.

It was a terrific experience from start to finish. David responded to a quote request promptly, giving me individual prices on each aspect of the job so I could decide what I wanted done. He explained the process well, answered several questions, and provided an extremely competitive quote. As soon as the weather and his schedule permitted, he contacted me to schedule the work. He was punctual, thorough, and polite. He prepped the deck well, and hung protective plastic to protect the house. There was a little overspray that escaped the large protective sheets, which he cleaned up by hand after the job was complete. I was very happy with the whole process.
