I make an extensive list that included everything g from hauling off stuff to electrical, plumbing, painting, cabinet work, replace beam in attic. He is one stop shopping to get everything done w/o you have to call individual companies. Everyone is on his speed dial! None of hie crew leaves until they know exactly what they are doing the next day. You may be completely overwhelmed with the varios things you need fix, updated or replaced but he will come is and honestly get the work done professionally in the minimum amount of time and inconvenience to you. This is the 3rd time we'd called on him to help us over 15 yrs. Service, price, quality always the best. And forget Homeadvisors! I tried them for a sprinkler leak and all I got was a dozens emails wanting me to praise their service when I told them from the start the company NEVER showed or returned a call. But that's ok...Darren will be back next week to work on my next list of honeydos!

We call Darren for all remodel or major fix it needs. Extremely professional, great crew, hands on management. Has done many City rehab projects in past. Planning to start mini remodel on current house. Joy to work with During Arlington Heights remodel the roof had just been taken off when the rains came. He just put a tent over the whole property and kept on going. No money upfront! First draw taken 2 mo into job. Got us in and out in 3 months!!
