+ 0 moreWendy took all of the items and ideas we wanted in our new home and brought everything together into the house plans and home we live in today. This was no small undertaking. My Wife and I had collected many desired features from our life experience and observations, when we were guests in other's homes and home tours as well as years of research of decorator/homebuilding print publications and websites. Then, we told her we wanted no wasted space and all in a single story and she delivered. To accomplish this, it took time and patience and Wendy was very responsive and creative. Our home has become a show house for our builder and Wendy is now a part of their team, as a result. Today, I've asked that she design my landscape and I have no doubt she will again deliver quality ideas for a stunning finished product.

Wendy worked through several revisions, keeping in contact with us and there were no surprises. We are very pleased with her work and would use her for future projects.

Description of Work: Wow, Wendy was (is) awesome! We are contemplating an attic conversion in our one story home. She came out on a Sunday (to accomodate our schedule) for a consultation (design services). She shared her ideas with us, measured, took pictures, and provided a rough sketch of the project (potential game room, bedroom, and bathroom & also a staircase that needs to be installed). At this time, we are going to contact some builders to get some quotes. Once we have determined the project is in our budget and that we intend to move forward, we will be back in contact with Wendy for her to prepare the official drawings. She quoted us a flat fee for our project (i.e. for the official drawings). Her fees may vary according to the job (i.e. it may be a flat fee, she may quote by the square foot, etc). The consultation fee was $75 (more than 2 hours of her time and alot of valuable information was provided to us).
