Description of Work: They have been cutting my lawn for probably 20 years. They are very reliable with the weekly mowing and have NEVER missed a week except for rain or snow, etc. The mowers mow down my sprinkler heads sometimes, but at my request, their sprinkler man comes out and repairs it at no cost to me. I usually e-mail them each spring with a list of "spring cleaning" tasks I want them to do and it is usually taken care of exactly as I requested. My problem with them is that they do not respond to me when I contact them with a different type of request. I have asked them to cut my lawn higher...no response or change.. I gave up.. I have asked them to contact me regarding additional work on the side of my yard...no response. I had to get someone else to do the job. I asked them many times in prior years to cut my old shrubs "severely" but they just trimmed them...now they are over grown and I am going to have to cut them down myself. I did manage to get them to handle one project for me of adding additional aggregate tiles to the patio at the top of my hill and they did a job great at that. But getting them to respond to me for special jobs us usually difficult. You have to choose which battles to fight and most times I don't fight with a vendor... I just go to someone else to do the tasks. I retain Dietrich Brother's services because they are so PUNCTUAL and their price is very competitive for the lawn mowing, edging and turf pick-up and bag charge.

+ -1 moreI have used them twice to work on my sprinklers and it was expensive both times. They did the job and fixed quite a few other sprinkler heads but they didn’t fix a couple of problems with the sprinkler system that had been there. Then they came back to fix it and just charged me and it still didn’t work. There is something wrong with the sprinkler system in my house and that is not their fault but I have used them twice now and spent close to $1,000 total for repairing my sprinkling system, and at some point, I could have spent about $1,400 to get a whole new system. They didn’t really fix the problem and so I just sunk so much of money and they have not fixed it yet and I don’t know if they can. They are way too expensive at least for sprinkler system stuff. It was like $80 an hour to work on sprinklers. They do a really good job on the lawn care service. I still don’t know what people pay for this kind of stuff. Overall they came in and fixed what they said they were going to fix and did a good job. They are really professional.

+ 0 moreJeremy and the folks at Dietrich Brothers did an amazing job. They are professional, courteous, timely, reasonable, and truly have a passion for making our home landscape look incredible. Everything goes exactly as promised, and Jeremy has even come in under the budget of his estimates. Great company!
Description of Work: We hired Dietrich Brothers to clean up a mess left by our former lawn service company. Jeremy came out and spent a long time walking the yard and discussing our options with us. We then came up with a plan for initial cleanup of weeds, brush, etc., followed by a monthly maintenance schedule. About a month later, we met with Jeremy again to change out many of the bushes and add flowers and perennials to the landscape. They also have put in new St. Augustine grass in about half of our backyard and inspected our sprinklers.

+ 0 moreTheir crew responded very promptly and were professional throughout the entire process. They explained what they were going to have to do ahead of time and outlined the cost clearly. The crew was friendly and took the time to answer several questions about gardening, fertilizer, etc. as well. This was money well spent and I was very glad that we worked with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: They replaced several (3-4) sprinkler heads that had busted and caused an "Old Faithful"-like spray in to the air when the sprinkler ran. This caused a few of the valves to break as well and they replaced those as well.
