 + -1 moreThe compressor on our air conditioner kept trying to start -- the loud hum, dip in electrical current throughout the house -- but it couldn't. We have used Pierre many times over the years. He has always done high quality work at a reasonable price and more than once has clearly gone out of his way to help us. So we called him. He came out that day. We hadn't described the issue properly but he found the problem anyway. He fixed the outside unit while it was raining. After he was sure the house was cooling down he said he'd be back the first day it didn't rain to make sure our refrigerant levels were okay. He came by the next day to finish.
Description of Work: Fixed the outdoor unit of my air conditioner

 + -1 moreI have used this company for over 20 years. Pierre is completely reliable. He returned my call to schedule an appointment, called before arriving, and arrived on time. Service was performed efficiently; I was informed of what needed to be replaced and why.
Description of Work: Serviced the air conditioning unit, replaced worn part; serviced heating unit, replaced filter, and repaired worn wires.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY SHOWED US HOW TO CLEAR THE LINES TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS AND EXPENSE.
