Description of Work: Examined damage to roof; gave estimate; met w/insurance company rep.; replaced roof in one day. Clean up and walk through were done in the next two days. Recommended gutters replacement company that completed the job in one day, billed separately at a fair price.

Description of Work: Replaced complete roof and gutters. My roof has a very steep pitch (predominate pitch is 10/12). Work was a result of hail damage that wasn't apparent at the time of the damage but became apparent later. Also replaced two large wind turbines and added ridge vents on the two horizontal ridges. The turbines were existing, the ridge vents are new. The original roof was a 30 yr asphalt roof. The replacement is an asphalt roof with a lifetime warranty. The gutter replacement also included leaf covers for the portion of the home with landscaping close enough too clog a gutter, and rerouting of two of the downspouts into an underground pipe with a pop-up discharge down-slope, to solve a bed erosion issue. I didn't comment on price because I didn't get other bids. This contractor provides free roofs for Habitat for Humanity homes built here in Hood County. I'm a volunteer, and know the company. He accepted the appraisal offer from my insurance company (USAA). I carried insurance with depreciation replacement, so when all was said and done, my out-of-pocket expense was the deductible.
