+ -1 moreI too purchased a deal through Urban Dealight. Mark answered his phone in March and first of April. I had an appt set but was called by Stormy who said they would have to reschedule. Three weeks later I am still trying to get someone to call me back to schedule. Mark emailed me last week and someone would call me. I emailed him again today since I never heard anything. I called the office, just an answering machine. I have complained to Urban twice as of today insisting I want a refund. I will probably be out the money along with many other people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Description of Work: Paid for 4 hours yard work for 99.00. NO WORK EVER DONE!!

Description of Work: Scam alert! I purchased a 'deal' through Urban Delights for Mark and his team to come and do spring clean-up. A date was scheduled and due to a mix no one was home. Service was rescheduled and I was asked by Mark to pay his gas as he was out money and only offered this deal to get business going. I offered to pay him double to come out and he agreed. I have all correspondence that shows his agreement. We set a new date and then.......nothing. After repeated phone calls - emails - nothing. It appears this company did nothing more than take whatever money they got and ran. Beyond unprofessional. Scam Alert!
