Overall, the service was very, very poor. A simple task of hooking up a dryer (which is what they should know how to do) became a 5 day ordeal- REALLY!!!??? They do not call you when they say they will & most of the time you cannot get ahold of them. I was very frustrated & tired of being lied to & tired of wasting my day waiting for a call which I soon realized would not come. NEVER use this company.
Description of Work: We bought a washer & dryer from Conn's & expected delivery & hook up from them. From the time they were suppose to deliver & set up I had to contact them for times ( I was told they would call me - never did). They did deliver but could not hook up the dryer ( didn't have the right part). For the next 4 days I had to call them for a time when this would be resolved - was told they would call - NEVER DID!! Finally, we told them to come pick it up - once again, was told they would call with a time in the morning - NEVER DID. Finally we hired our own plumber & told them never mind, after 5 days I was tired of trying to deal with them. My recommendation is to never use this company unless you want to waste time & never get anything resolved.

I thought their price was reasonable. I felt very well cared for when I went there. I had to use the warranty I got. They came on time and were good about calling ahead of time. They fixed the problem the first time. They were very nice when I came into make a payment. My son bought a T.V. there too and he got the same service. They are great.

I was not thrilled with the sales reps the day I went in to compare prices. They can be pushy because they work on commission. The next day I came in and asked a sales associate to help me order the range. They were very helpful with the ordering process. I brought a trailer up to the store and the associates helped me put it in the back. One associate lit a cigarette up while they were loading my merchandise, and I thought that wasn't very professional. Overall however, I have been very pleased with my oven and the prices/ service at Conn's.

I bought a recliner with an extended warranty. The chair broke about a year later. I called the service department at 1-800-452-4978. They sent a man out to look at it and he ordered replacement parts. A month later he came to install the new parts. The parts did not fit. He said he would order new parts. 2 months after, the parts are not available and I'm now waiting for approval from corporate to replace the chair. The service department has no idea how long this approval will take. I called corporate at 1-800-280-1514 and could not find anyone that could give me any information. I think 3 months and counting is too long to wait for a repair.
Description of Work: Brought the wrong replacements parts for a broken recliner.

This business was very responsive and came immediately the same day we bought the refrigerator. The customer service and the repairman were both friendly, courteous, and professional. I can't say enough good things about this company. They definitely stand by their products.
Description of Work: They repaired our refrigerator which we had just bought from them. It was still under warranty. The door was not closing properly, so they came and fixed it.
