It is the month of August and I have a $20,000 unit sitting up in my attic does not work. I have been without AC for an entire month and they don't seem to care. They have not made an effort to try to correct the issue. Parts are on back order a month?! Really!?!? Oh, and I have two properties with them been with them for years do not ever ever use these people

The technician came out to research the problem. He found it and ordered the part we needed. A week or so later he comes back to switch the part out. He walks into our home with the top of his pants and belt just at the bottom of his butt cheeks, showing about 8 inches of his plaid underwear. Then he bends down to work on the issue, enhancing what was already an unacceptable dress code. My wife was in the room when he walked in. Neither of us appreciated seeing this. The repair was great, but the dress code destroyed our perception of his company and yours as well.
