Chris (Chrispy) was our technician and he was fantastic. On this occasion we called Clearwater Plumbers for 2 jobs. One was for a gas leak and one for an outside pipe blockage. Neither was an easy feat and entailed considerable work on his part. We have used Clearwater Plumbers on numerous occasions and they have always provided excellent service. Thank you Chris and thank you Clearwater Plumbers.

Last year, Brian with ClearWater Plumbers installed a new whole home filter system as well as an RO water filter for the kitchen, including running a water line to the refrigerator. Brian did a great job, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Brian and his team were efficient and they cleaned up after the install. It has been a year now and my wife and I love having filtered water, especially the hot RO water at the kitchen sink. I make hot tea easily now and my wife enjoys the RO water coming from the refrigerator. Brian and Logan came out today to replace the RO water filters and again they were just great. I am very confident with Brian; he's a great guy and knows his stuff. Tim

Our tenant heard water running and thought we had a leak. ClearWater Plumbers informed us that he had determined that there was a leak underground beneath the house foundation and that a re-pipe of the house was needed. I asked him if he had gone into the crawl space to see if the ground was wet and he said that he knew it was a leak and didn't need to go under the house. This seemed strange to me so I told him I needed to get a 2nd opinion. I called another plumber who went out and determined that the backyard hose bib was on and turned it off. No leak. Reported this to management at ClearWater Plumbers who told me this didn't seem like the plumber they sent but would talk to him and call me. They never did despite multiple calls.

Chis any Tyler did a great job for mother. Very professional and meet my expectations on communication and work follow up. The easy of their contact and set up was over the top, with text communication all through the process.

Poor experience. The plumber reeked of cigarettes and would not perform any basic investigative work without payment on top of the trip charge. The problem had been clearly explained to the office at time of scheduling, but the plumber was apathetic looking into it. The office called later to see how the appointment went and was surprised to hear our story. They promised to have the supervisor call us. This call never happened. There are much better plumbers in Fort Worth. Steer clear.

Employees were courteous and professional. Figured out what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner.

They replaced the water heater and aligned the tray perfectly. They replaced the cracked valve that regulates how hot or cold your shower flow is with a new non-cracked valve. They were VERY professional. They took off their shoes when they entered. They did not show us the charges prior to repair, only talked about the dollar amount of the repair. They signed us up to get a 10% discount and did not charge us for the trip. They were great with moving a few boxes out of the way to install the new water heater, but I didn't realize they were going to charge $514.31 for moving the boxes. I will say, that we did NOT call anyone else first. We did not get a second opinion. Also, I was on the phone with them, while my angel from heaven caretaker was there personally, which might explain the lack of communication on extra charges.

Noticed a gas smell coming from an outside pipe that went from the propane tank into the house. I called several plumbers that said they worked on gas/propane. ClearWater was able to come out in two days. The gas leak wasn't that serious and had a general idea where it was coming from. Additionally, it was outside so it was being dissipated. Corby came out and I showed him where it generally coming from. Within 5 minutes, he had identified that a fitting had come loose and needed to be tightened. Literally, 3 minutes later, the leak was fixed. He went through the other options that I could exercise if I wanted to do some additional analysis. I was comfortable that the leak was stopped and the rest of connections were in fine shape. Not sure how the bill was going to wind up, he told me he was only going to charge for the call out visit. We joked that this was the cheapest bill I ever got for a plumber with the issue resolved. Corby was honest and friendly. Can definitely recommend them for any gas/propane work that you need.

They arrived on time for the estimate. They took a look at the old sink and went to the car to put the estimate together. First they gave me individual prices for everything to be done that totaled around $2,000. When I said that was too much he called the office to see if they could bundle together. The final quote was $1,200. I overheard the plumber tell the office he thought it would be 3 hours for 2 people. I thought this was too much and did not use their service. I ended up getting another company to do it for MUCH less.

I installed a new toilet and found that it wobbled back and forth and side to side. Made a call to have them come look at it. Plumber showed up on time. Was very professional and courteous. He gave me three possible pricing options for what the problem could be. He explained everything in great detail. He was able to repair my problem quickly. Made sure to clean up very well when he was done. Great experience and I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues I may have.

Woke up this morning with no water, called ClearWater Plumbers and within 30 minutes arrived at the house. He found corrosion on terminal wires, clean them and adjust and pump is now running. He recommended replacement of the pump control box, and gave us reference of a company that specializes in that. Every honest... Will refer to any one...

This was the second time I called Clearwater for repairs. The first time they came out they performed small repairs (a leaky gate valve, a leaky sink fitting) and replaced a bathroom faucet and small electric hot water heater. The cost for this combined job was $1000, which I thought excessive but agreed to. They chose a faucet that was not what I asked for, saying it was "ADA compliant" (which the one I had asked for was too). Nothing was given to me in writing before the job. This job, I asked for a plumber to come check out a leak from our pressure tank. He could not see a leak on the front of the tank and its fittings (water was constantly seeping from directly underneath the tank) so insisted on doing a pressure test to confirm the leak was from the tank. He had to cut copper pipes to do the test, and he put everything back properly, but the test proved nothing. The next step was to simply replace the tank, its guage and fittings. When asked for an estimate, he verbally told me $2100, with no breakdown of parts and labor. Initially I agreed to this (nothing written) but canceled it through their office late in the day when I looked up pressure tank pricing and also got a grip on the time it would take to do. I called another company to come give a bid. Not knowing what Clearwater's estimate was, they bid HALF the cost for the same work and parts. I am still out $250 for the inconclusive pressure test. In retrospect, because I am a business I think they set their prices high, figuring I am a rich business and would go for it. The first time I did, the second I didn't. i won't call them again.

We first called ARS plumbing because we had problems with our pipe backing up and water over flowing in the kitchen washer line and bathtub and toilet. They came out and said they couldn't even get the snake far enough and was pulling out mud. NOT TRUE !!! Paul from Clearwater came out unclogged EVERYTHING then ran a camera down the pipes. There wasn't any mud in sight ! He was professional and the sweetest man I have ever met. We are glad that they are a HONEST and not try to scam us and do a big job. They not only have our business forever but we will recommend to everyone !! Thank you Paul and Clearwater plumbing !!!

Clearwater Plumbers Awesome job! Paul C. From Clearwater Plumbers is amazing. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Our kitchen plumbing had to be replaced due to a rotted pipe. Another plumber told us we would have to move out while our kitchen was destroyed. This would have cost us an extra expense and the inconvenience of staying in a hotel for up to a month, not to mention having to replace floors and everything else when we came back home. Paul advised us a better option! His idea was to tunnel under our house. It was the best choice for my family and I. The whole process took a little over a week. The cost was $ 8610.00. During the process other problems arose (which always seem to happen). Good new is..... He didn't raise our price! No matter what came up, he explained what needed to be done and did it. They did a great job. I have no complaints about them. They came out when they said they were going to. They actually did a little bit of extra work for me that wasn’t on the deal. When they came down here, I said I have something else I needed done and he said they can certainly do that too. So they took care all of that. There was a young man that came out and he had another young man with him that he was training and he was very professional and very personable. They came in and did their job. They didn’t leave a mess. They did everything they said they were going to do. They came back when they said they were going to do it. He is the gentleman that I just think that I wanted to install a utility sink that I had out in the garage that I’ve been meaning to install myself for 2 months and so he installed it. He said if I needed it to be installed and I said yes and he said he can install it if I want to and he didn’t charge me anything for installing that extra sink.

****UPDATE**** The provider did resolve the issue with the overcharge and provided me a refund of the overcharge.

They're awesome Excellent service and courteous. Gave us rate in December, used them last weekend, and they didn't change the price. So I think they definitely have integrity as well.

We have used these guys for several years. They show up when they say they will. Do a good job, always keeping in mind the charges. every time we have had them out they have given us several options to choose from, with pricing on the options and never pressure us to choose the Highest $$ price option. We have recommended them to many, and trust them!

They are on time, professional, and don't try to up sell you. We have used them numerous times and happily recommend them.

There was a service call fee of $26 which I thought was great. Overall, they were excellent! They offered to replace it, but I declined.

called Clearwater Plumbers and 2 others on the 25th one wanted 450.00 to come out and find the leak Clearwater service call was $90.00 (I live 60 miles out in the country) set the appointment for around 9:00 am received a call from Jeremy at 8:15 he said he would be here at 9:45 arrived at 9:20 I had pulled up the carpet and pad and showed him where the water was on the slab, I had vacuumed up about 2 gallons of water the night before and turned off the main water supply he check where all the water locations were in the house and checked my water pressure and showed me that I did not have a water leak in any of the lines because the pressure never dropped with all the water inside of the house shut off. He went back into the bedroom and started checking the outside wall and told me the drywall was wet went outside and found a pipe coming out of the bottom on the brick wall traced it up into the attic to one of 2 air handling units one of the units water pans under it was full of water the other was fine, he discovered that there was a second pipe from this unit running down next to the other pipe but did not show up anywhere outside also the reason the pan was full of water was the main drain line for it was plugged and so the secondary line was trying to drain all the water into the wall. At this point he gave me a quote to fix both problems the one in the wall required cutting into the drywall he tried to save the cutout but it fell apart he found the pipe drilled a hole into the brick and extended it out where it should of been in the first place cleaned up and carted off all the mess and cleared the main drain line Jeremy knows what he is doing and located the real problems and never tried to snow me or up sell me anything also informed me on how to keep the lines clear in the future.

I called Clearwater Plumbing on Friday afternoon about 4:30 PM. We set an appointment for the following Monday between 12:00 - 2:00 PM. Our technician phoned a little before 1:00 PM to let us know he was on the way. He arrived soon after. He checked our entire system and performed the hydrostatic test in about 2 hours. We expected to pay $350 for this test, (other's quoted up to $1100.00!). We were actually only charged $250.00 for the test which we felt was a fair price. Our technician explained everything and let us follow along to watch the work. This is really a pretty simple test to perform. We were so glad we shopped around before settling on the $1100.00 job. Clearwater receives high marks from us for being on time, being dressed professionally, being in a well maintained, marked company truck, for doing a careful and through job and for saving us a bunch of money. BRAVO CLEARWATER.

Jeremy, with Clear Water Plumbers, arrived on time, was professional in greeting me, answered all my questions, and even offered suggestions on future maintenance on the faucet, and the work performed was done without any rush on his part- work was done on a Saturday. Given that Clear Water charges a and quot;trip chargeand quot; to come out and give an estimate for the work needed (which will be applied to the invoice if work is performed) I was pleasantly surprised when Jeremy asked if there were other plumbing repairs I need done or might need in the future. Basically, he was giving me the opportunity to use today's trip charge to give me an estimate on other plumbing repairs/updates I might be needing. So, I asked if he could inspect the second outside faucet to make sure there was no leak, which he did without any hesitation. I also asked if he could give me an estimate on reconnecting/reconfiguring the kitchen sink pipes for when I install granite counter tops in my kitchen. His quote for the kitchen project was well within what I anticipated the cost to be. I was very pleased with Jeremy's work, and will use Clear Water for future plumbing repairs/updates.
