If I could give this campy zero stars I would. First it took them months I mean MONTHS to get my insurance to go through. Then after I reaching out to them they told me they have switched my contractors so my original contractor was no longer working with the company. They asked for all our money upfront as soon as the insurance awarded it to us and when we wanted an explanation of our exact repairs they ignored all our messages and phone calls and would just respond with we need the check to proceed. Super shady and lacked proper and professional communication. Do not use this company they may be veteran owned but they they are a disgrace. My husband is a veteran it's a shame that they treat former veterans this way.

We were really pleased with the work of Classic Roofing & Construction! Laffiama (our sales rep) really took care of us, always ready to answer any questions we had and carefully making sure that our expectations were met. Thankfully, he also helped a great deal with dealing with the insurance company and the necessary steps that needed to be taken ... even when there was more work needed than previously anticipated. The work was professionally completed and we always felt [by all those involved] that we were a valued customer. We are really pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend to anyone!

everything was great. very professional staff and sales reps. got a new roof and they handled everything with the insurance. it was worry and hassle free. they even had someone available to fix some water spots from a leak in my daughters ceiling. would definitley recommend. i will be calling them again for any roofing needs!
