+ -1 moreThe dealer was very nice to work with. They were very responsive to changing requirements. The installers were great. They kept the area clean and did a great job. My only problem was that i feel that the laminate is of poor quality. One year later it is showing signs of severe wear in areas. I feel the provider should have warned me about what might happen and steered me to a more durable material. I wont be able to afford a replacement for many years to come thus i will have to live with very substandard quality and dimished appearance for many years to come.
Description of Work: The provider replaced tile and carpet new carpet and laminate.

+ -1 moreThe salesman was helpful and friendly in making my selections and writing up the quote. The installation was done in stages. The installation was scheduled within a three week window. Both of the crews were very courteous and left the work area clean.
Description of Work: Removed old flooring (vinyl, tile, and hardwood) and laid new flooring, tile in the kitchen and dining area and hardwood in the formals, entry, and family room.
