They did a good job. The experience was very good, when he said they will send out three guys and he did. They were there on time, they worked the whole time very hard they were very professional. He even came out himself to check out what they were doing and to talk to us about what we wanted. And I mean, they worked very very hard, so we were very pleased with them.

He's been out 3 times now. So far I am pleased, they've done a good job. They don't get debris in the pool. In the past I've had other lawn services that got debris in the swimming pool. They come out in accordance with the schedule and he was very prompt and courteous in getting back to me on any inquiry I made concerning the service, and actually accommodated my schedule. My previous lawn person stopped servicing and my grass had grown up. It wasn't terrible but it was a little higher than it normally had been and I told them that I really wanted somebody to come out pretty soon. He was nice enough to modify their schedule to come out a little sooner than they would normally come into the area. I'm very pleased.

We have been using Carlos for over 15 years and he is just a professional and thorough as he was when he began.

We contacted Carlos to mow the lawn of our rental property. Time was of the essence because the lawn had become overgrown and we were not aware that our previous guy had stopped going out. When we called Carlos, he was able to go out within a couple of days, and he was less expensive than our previous guy. Great service!

I found Carlos on Angie's List nearly two years ago, but have never met him. I live in Richardson and needed someone to take care of my elderly parents' yard in Ft. Worth. Carlos has done such a good job that my parent's neighbors have aksed for his name and contact info. He is reliable and his crews always do a thorough job of mowing, edging, and blowing the clippings. They also take care of trimming all shrubs and tending the flower beds. My parents' yard has never looked so good!

Weeding was done very well, all debris was hauled off. I specified that I wanted entire yard RAKED, as it is full of tiny twigs and half consumed pecans discarded by squirrels, sharp edges of which preclude walking barefoot in yard. Instead, the crew used a blower and a mulching mower which don't pick up the small debris I wanted removed.I told the service owner in advance that I wanted the entire yard raked, and that it was all a manual labor type of engagement, not using machines as they did, and if he didn't do that type of work I would get another outfit that did do that type of labor. When the crew arrived I again emphasized I wanted the entire yard raked. The only raking that occurred as I wanted was done only by one crew member, not the other two, and that was only after I personally directed him to do it as I demonstrated to him. I should not have had to do that, in my view. The other two crew members did not join in raking, and in the end only about 1/4 of the back yard actually was raked as I had specified. Guess the old saying applies; "If you want it done right do it yourself".

He shows up when he is supposed to which is usually on Tuesdays. They do a good job of mowing, edging and cleaning up. They could pay a little more attention to edging the walkways making sure they are a little straighter.
