BW Electric LLC is available in the North Texas area to service any of your electrical needs including inspection. We are a licensed and insured company with over 20 years’ experience in the electrical industry. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations by not only providing electrical repair but also inspections of electrical system diagnosing any problems or hazards. Upon completion of our electrical inspection we will provide you with a detailed written report of our findings with recommendations for repair. It is our belief that these services will give our customers peace of mind knowing that their electrical system is in good working condition.

I thought they went above and beyond. He was fantastic. For the price and what they did, I couldn't believe it. We would of gladly paid more, but they didn't charge us more. It was great. He obviously knew what he was doing. He was very good and fast; Very thorough.

Breco The owner is terrific. His communications was perfect, arrived exactly what he said. Diagnosed problem immediately. It was fried wiring behind the breakers. Rearranged other customers to make sure that we had our electricity back on within three hours with a new electric service panel. It was really cold with no heat. I would highly recommend him.The cost is unknown because he came to us through our home warranty, One Guard. So disregard the cost on this review because it requires a number.

Breco was sent by my home warranty company. It took him couple hours and he had to trace every outlet. Found two issue on the line and resolved both.
Description of Work: Worked to resolve an issue where a breaker kept flipping. Had to trace the entire line.

The service was great! During the night I turned on an light and heard a pop. The next morning (Saturday) we discoverd we did not have electricty in serveral rooms. I contacted our service provided and was advised the electrician would contact me within 24-48 hours. As usual, I phoned the contractor to determine his earliest availabilty. Once I explained the issue and my concerns, he let me know that he would be here on Monday, which would have been timely for an electrician. Only a few short hours following hour conversation, the contractor contacted me to let me know he had completed another job and had time make my service call - same day service. He arrived and went to right to diagnois the problem and fix the problem as well as two related additional items. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. My children, who live in different states and countries, were scheduled to arrive on Monday for a rare family gathering. In addition, my daughter had just lost a dear co-worker to a fire created by what is thought to have been an electrical fire. I did not want her to arrive home to a circumstance so similar. This is my go to guy for electrical from this day forward. I will recommend again and again.
Description of Work: The provider responded to a call from our home repair service provide to troubleshoot an electrical outage that resulted in a outage in several rooms.

I talked to BW Electric at 8pm on June 4th and scheduled a service call to repair an electrical bathroom outlet for 9am on June 6th. He is the one who asked about the 9am time slot. The electrician then called me at 745am claiming to be at the intersection of Greenwood Road and Greenwood Cutoff Road, which is FIVE minutes from our house, saying he needed to come "right now or it'll be several days before I'll be back in the area." He said he needed to get this call done now so the rest of his day's appointments didn't start running behind. I reminded him of our 9am appointment, NOT our 750am appointment, and told him I would need at least 30 minutes to get ready - which he finally agreed to. After 1 hour, at 915am, he had still not showed up, so I called him asking where he was since it had been so important he get there over an hour early beforehand. He said "What do you mean!? I was just there!" I told him NO ONE had been here and that I had no idea what he was talking about. He then claimed he had JUST left our house, had just dealt with a woman at *** Oakmont, that she had let him into her house, showed him the plugs in the bathroom and then paid him $60! I again told him he had NOT been here and that I didn't know what or who he was talking about, and he replied "OHH NOOO, what have I done!? I think I?m confused! Let me pull over and look at my paperwork. Ohhhh I must've gone to the OTHER Oakmont!" I told him there was NO other Oakmont in all of Parker County, Texas and he said "Yeah, there are THREE other Oakmonts in Weatherford - but I wonder why would that lady let me in her house?!" I told him again I had no idea what he was talking about, and again that here were NO other Oakmont Drives in Parker County - but said to go ahead and come to our house anyway despite something very strange about him. I didn't know if this man was truly confused, had really gone to the wrong house, OR that he was just lying to get out of making a service call to Weatherford from Ft. Worth (about 35 minutes away) for what would amount to only a minor repair. He said he was back on the way to our house, and I hung up with him and called my husband, who said to call BW Electric back and cancel altogether. I immediately called the electrician back and told him I was sick with pneumonia and couldn?t deal with all his confusion and told him I was very "irritated" with him and the way he had treated me. I told him I didn't know what in the world he was doing or talking about concerning ?another Oakmont? or any other woman and to cancel the appointment. He shouted "YES MA'AM!" and hung up. This man initially claimed to be at an intersection FIVE MINUTES away from our house, then claimed be be confused, ending up at *another* Oakmont Drive where some mysterious woman let him into her house and then paid him?!? Our entire street is only about 700 feet long. Give me a break! I was very irritated not only by his insistence at arriving over an hour earlier than was originally scheduled with virtually no notice, but his incredibly bizarre story and bizarre behavior made me very uncomfortable. I definitely did not want him coming to our house and have no regrets telling him to forget the whole thing.
Description of Work: Needed the GFCI electrical plug in a bathroom replaced.

I was surprised that they made service calls on Sundays but when they didn't show up 30 min after their appt time & I called, Breco said he was held up at another home and would be there as soon as he was done. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, he couldn't give me one & replied, "When I'm done here". Almost 2 hrs after our appt time, he finally showed, didn't greet me, just walked in and began looking at my ceiling fans. When asked to explain the problem to me in a manner that I could understand, he was exceptionally rude, unwilling to put it in writing, telling me that he didn't expect me to understand in minutes what he knew from 18 yrs experience. When asked again to explain the problem that I couldn't see as the fans turned, he scribbled a couple of words down on a paper, tossed it to me and walked out saying that he was late for his next appt and couldn't stay any longer. When I mentionned that he was almost 2 hrs late for my appt, he agreed saying that therefore he was late for his next appt too. After less than 30min with me, unable/unwilling to explain the problem such that I could see & understand it, he simply left. It was *the rudest* interaction I had ever had and I don't agree with his vague explanation.

My name is Breco there is no excuse about me being late to the call. I’m a small electrical contractor meaning I have one truck running, plus I’m my own secretary. I give a hundred percent of my time at every house to find the problem and correct it. The service calls range from small problems to big problems so some issues take longer than others. I was loved by one customer because I was dedicated to finding the problem while, another was waiting. I understand the frustration of waiting and don’t want to pass it on to anybody. But I do know if you are frustrated it’s hard to turn that frustration around. Running behind schedule does not happen often, but running service calls it does happen. The ceiling fan problem did not require tracing anything and the issue was obvious. Ceiling fans either need to have a parts or the ceiling fan replaced. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding.
