Buzz Custom Fence

I have my signed contract and receipts showing paid in full but Buzz Fence refuses to finish install. I have all materials needed. They owe me labor but refuse to finish. Check Better Business Bureau… they have some complaints and poor reviews.

I called to have my gate opener repaired and Buzz Fencing sent Greg. He was amazing! Not only did he fix my problem, he fixed other little things that needed to be cleaned up as I was charged a basic fee for the trip anyway. He was also very patient and answered all my silly questions. I would recommend Buzz and Greg to anyone who asks for gate/fencing repair.

Though the aluminum fencing took quite some time for manufacturing, once available, the installation went very well. We decided during the production process to change the gate size from 4' to 5', and this request was readily accommodated. The fencing looks great and is a vast improvement over the ornate iron fence we've had in place for 15 years.

Buzz Custom Fence did an *excellent* job from start to finish. From the original visit and quote (by Mike) to the the 2-3 man crew that did the work, everything was great. The crew worked hard in the cold, took now shortcuts, and cut no corners. The result is a functional and beautiful fence. Highly recommend!

They never called to quite the job another fence saw my request and ask to bid job. They did a great job

The job was excellent. They completed it when they said they would and were professional in every way.

I received this quote for a fence around my pool through Home Depot. They gave me a nice quote based on measurements and I accepted. They arrived several days late to start the project. When they arrived, they said they had misquoted me and wanted to add $600 to the project because the salesman never came out to measure. The first hole they dug broke a pipe. They couldn't fix it and have not reimbursed me for having to get it fixed myself. They never finished the fence and have taken weeks to come back to complete it. I was treated as a side project. Only coming out when they were in the area and had free time. Will never use them again.

Unfortunately, it didn't go. Estimator came out to review the work we needed done and then never followed up with a quote, though I followed up a couple of times. They are obviously too busy, so do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

NOT DEPENDABLE even before work starts. Called on 5/1 to schedule an onsite property visit to discuss work. On 5/6 an employee, Jordan, came to measure and examine fence. A quote was promised via email by EOB 5/7. Called 5/11 to obtain quote. Apology given with a new promise it would be sent that day. It wasn't. Called again 5/21 to obtain quote. Apology given again with a new promise it would be sent that day. It wasn't. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME on unprofessional companies like Buzz Custom Fence. There are more reliable options out there.

I would highly recommend Buzz Fencing for any Fencing needs. They replaced our aging wooden fencing with new iron fencing. All work was professional and the wife and I are extremely happy with the new fence. Pricing was competitive too.

Buzz fence showed up ahead of the date they had agreed to start the job, had the work done ahead of schedule, and stuck to the agreed price for the job. I could not be more pleased!

Their representative stood me up on our appointment and then lied about the time we agreed upon to make me think it was my fault. I sent him a screenshot of our email conversation that proved otherwise and told him that I don’t need a fencing contractor who’s going to lie to me to cover up their mistakes. Be wary if you deal with them. Joe Martinez is a liar.

I had Buzz Fence come out for an estimate. Although our was a small job they were attentive and treated us like ti was a large job. Nikki come back again to look at the footing I had poured and to remeasure. They arrived on time and were very professional. Th welder was a pro and the installer was meticulous. It was better than tI could have imagined and they came in a few dollars under estimate. I wold and will hire them again. One of the best businesses Have ever worked with. Vic

Repairs performed in a timely and professional manner.

The old fence was removed quickly and efficiently. On the new fence, some parts were left off and one request was not done which has been brought to their attention. Overall, the new fence looks nice.

First time I called, I was told I called their wrong dept left my name and number, no call back. Second call, I asked to have two self closing gate locks installed, didn't ask for an estimate, I wanted the work done. I also asked for inspect and repair and automatic gate. Days pass, Danny appears to do an estimate, not to do the work. Nice man, he said he doesn't do automatic gates. Third call to have someone fix my auto gate. Days pass, Colton appears, checks the gate, says I need a certain kind of lubricant on the arm. I'm okay, please do that, he doesn't have that on his truck, I can get it at Lowes. Nice man, that will be $92.00 thank you very much. Waiting, days pass, On August 20th, I receive a call to say I am scheduled for September 5th for the install of two self closing gate locks sometime after 10 am. I'm curious, I call after 11 am just to make sure I'm scheduled. I ask for the scheduler Daniela, transferred, put on hold. checking with someone. Confusion over which crew has my order, checking with Don. Staff very apologetic, I explain I have waited an amazing amount of time for the install, I'm praying they're arrive today. I will pay them if they do the work. Joe Griffin just called, says he'l on his way. Here's my thought, there's a bunch of hard working people at Buzz Fence. Whoever arranges or orchestrates the work flow, makes the bureaucracy at city hall look efficient. When staff tells you to talk to production, or scheduling, or estimators or the main office, how is your customer supposed to know that. I trade with locally owned businesses to be supportive, Owners Eric and Denise Schrader, do a brown paper exercise of your operation. You're working hard and getting less done. You've gotten too big for us little guys.

Gilbert arrived on time and did a great job replacing the poles. He was very polite and I would not hesitate to hire this company again. Also, Joe came out to give me an estimate and was both polite and knowledgeable.

The estimator arrived on time, but he seemed not to understand what I wanted done. He told me before he started that it was going to be expensive. After inspecting the fence, he offered me an estimate that was ridiculously high, not much less, actually, than replacement of the entire fence. He was a nice guy, seemed to know his business, but just was complete off the page of what I was asking him to do, something that had been explained in detail in advance. I found another company that did the job for about 4/5ths the cost. As the estimator told me, though, "Everyone who works for Buzz Fence is involved in sales." That's not a good thing for a repair job.

Prices were competitive. Service excellent. Quality of job done excellent.

I worked with Andrew and he was really patient with us as we were figuring out the iron inserts. Then design and redesigning the gate because our HOA would reject what we really wanted. About a week after completion I noticed one of the 6" wide boards splitting so I called him and they took care of it. Almost 3 years later the gate is still looking great.

Buzz fence did a wonderful job! David Ball was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us from the beginning and every step along the way, even following up after the work was done to make sure we were happy with it. The fence looks great! The work that was done was high quality and exceeded our expectations. Buzz Fence is the only fence contractor that I would recommend.
