The first tree died and he replaced it due to the 1 year guarantee. He pulled up the first tree out of the ground and the leaves were all brown. He didn’t even use a shovel to put the new tree in, he dug with his hands. The hole is supposed to be wider in order to accommodate the tree. The other tree has been there for a year in July. The tree is the same size it was when he put it in. There have been a few leaves on it but in a year and a half it should have grown. The tree trunk is the same size it was when he put it in. For $300 for the first tree and second one not growing, I wouldn’t use this company again.

The tree had a year warranty on it. The tree was unhealthy to begin with. The tree had never grown a leaf on it. I watered it all the time. It was planted too closed to the surface. I called him and he said he was going to come out and it has been a month and he hasn't come yet. I just want him to replace the tree with a new one because I have a year warranty on it. The warranty was stated verbally.
