 + -1 moreWe had issues with the house and they came to look at them a few weeks after we moved in. They said they would discuss the problems with the homeowner then get back to us. They didn?t get back to us until a week before we moved out: 11 ? months later. The house was in horrible condition and we were so glad to get out of there. The rent for the place was reasonable. The problems were structural and pretty hefty issues but they were fine with it because the homeowner didn't want to pay for it to be repaired. We used them as a realtor and that worked well; we have recommended her to friends.

 + -1 moreMy entire working relationship with Williams Trew (Bridge Residential) was dismal. Utility bills were not delivered in a timely manner. A maintenance request placed in April 2008 was not addressed until June 2008. On more than one occasion, Williams Trew attempted to charge me for items that the owner was responsible for paying. And, the majority of Williams Trew employees I interacted with were completely unprofessional. On moving out, Williams Trew wrongfully withheld part of my security deposit. I contacted the CEO on seven different occasions to try to resolve the issue. I did not receive a refund until filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: I was a tenant in a Bridge Residential (formerly Williams Trew) managed condo. They were responsible for delivering utility bills, addressing maintenance requests and for communication with the condo owner.
