 + -1 moreWe were happy with the service. I was concerned after reading other's ratings - however, I was very pleasantly surprised. Don came to the house and found the issue with our water heater almost immediately. He then showed me what to do if the issue occurred again. He could have left there - but, he wanted to check our other water heater and ensure that it was working fine. Then, he wanted to show me other plumbing features of the house that I would need if issues arose.He was courteous, respecful of my time and knowledgeable. Granted, what we had them check turned out to be fairly simple - but, I would be willing to use them on other service items.
Description of Work: We did not have hot water in part of the house and needed to determine if the hot water heater needed replacement. He was able to determine that the sensor was being tricked by debris and did a number of diagnostics to ensure it would not happen again.

 + -1 moreHome warranty company sent this "plumber" out to fix a leaking copper pipe inside the wall behind the shower. They sent out a kid that it turned out was not a licensed plumber. He caused more damage than I started with. Reported him to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and they issued a notice of non-compliance to Jerry Bransford. After I got a real plumber out to make the repair, the warranty company paid the bill. Don't call this guy and if your warranty company sends him (probably the only work he can get), refuse to let him on your property.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT AS A RESULT OF A SERVICE REQUEST WE MADE THROUGH OUR HOME SHIELD. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE. WE APPRECIATED THAT HE TESTED HIS WORK TO MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS REALLY RESOLVED.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED A LEAK IN OUR SHOWER. THEY DID THE WORK, TESTED IT SEVERAL TIMES, AND MADE SURE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE.

 + -1 moreNEITHER THE PLUMBER NOR THE LADY IN THE OFFICE WHO MAKES THE APPOINTMENTS WAS VERY POLITE. THEY BOTH EXHIBITED AN ATTITUDE THAT THEY WERE BEING BOTHERED BY ME. THEY BOTH NEED TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED TWO WATER SHUT-OFF VALVES CHANGED OUT NEAR OUR WASHING MACHINE. WHEN I CALLED AT 4:30 PM, I INFORMED THE LADY THAT I WOULD BE HOME FROM WORK AT 4:00 PM THE NEXT DAY. SHE TOOK MY PHONE NUMBER AND SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY THE SERVICEMAN CALLED MY HOUSE AT 3:30 AND SINCE HE DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER, HE WENT TO HIS NEXT APPOINTMENT. I GOT HOME AT 4:00 PM AND RETRIEVED MY PHONE MESSAGE AND I CALLED HIM. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT BE DOUBLING BACK TO MY HOUSE THAT DAY, BUT HE OFFERED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AT 4:00 PM. THE NEXT DAY NO ONE SHOWED UP. I CALLED THE OFFICE AT 4:30 AND WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD CALLED IN SICK THAT MORNING. I THEN RELUCTANTLY AGREED TO GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY AT 4:00 PM I ARRIVED HOME AND MET HIM IN MY DRIVEWAY. HE REPLACED MY SHUT-OFF VALVES. IT WASN'T UNTIL HE WAS OUT THE DOOR THAT I HEARD HIM SAY "SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO GET HERE".
