It was great working with Jeff. He and his team were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Prices are very good. The crew that did the pruning were great group of guys and did a very nice job.

He get's an A on everything, we've been using him a long time too. They're very efficient, they work methodically and clean up the job beautifully.

I am so pleased with this company. They came when scheduled. They were professional and efficient and my trees have never looked better. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they had been here except every thing looks wonderful. I will definitely use them again in the future when needed. One final note, I loved that the owners credentials are so impressive. I really don't know a lot about caring for trees, but his advice was so welcome.

Jeff and his crew were awesome. The maples were in a precarious location next to my house and my neighbor's shrubs and fence. They brought the tress down without incident. Each of the maples had huge roots running on top of the ground. Jeff took his time a ground them all down. I never dreamed that they could do that, but they did. I highly recommend Bob's Tree Service. Jeff is very personable and good at what he does. I will use them again.

All three trees were 20' tall or better and produced a large volume of leaves. 1 Red Oak, 1 Post Oak and1 Live Oak. The crew showed up at 8:00 AM and was done by 12:30. All removal was cleaned up. Thee was a gutter on the back of the house that was damaged and compensation was made on the price. Very happy with the service.

Estimate was great. Crew showed up on time. They chipped and hauled the trimmings. They cleaned up after they left. It was like they were never here other than the trees looked great.

Jeff came out, excellent fellow, professional, covered all options. He let me know the processes and how many men on a crew it would take over how long etc. Friendly and experienced. Wife and I have not had the service done just yet. We were just getting an idea of pricing for when we do have it done. To find reliable , professional contractors where we live is sort of rare, this company is one we will definitely call back for the work.

Workers arrived on time and Jeff came about an hour later. Crew seemed to be self-starters and worked steadily. Jeff estimated about a 7 hour job and they were done in 6 1/2. Only charged for the time they were here. No heavy equipment on lawn; used tree climbers with ropes. Interesting to watch! Pleased with the results and the overall experience.

I have used Bob's Tree Service for several years. My house has a number of very large 50+ year old trees. 2 of my trees are a variety of ash that requires annual removal of deadwood. Bob has a great crew of climbers and they are able to access the parts that need work quickly, and safely. I have had his crew handle removal of a number of volunteer trees as well as an older magnolia, and they do solid work. All told i have probably spent over $10k on tree work with Bob over the last 5 years. The trees in my yard are vital to my landscaping and the general atmosphere in my yard. Bob's crew helps me keep them healthy and looking great.

Bob's Tree Service was recommended to us through our homeowner's association as one of the few local companies that correctly treats oak wilt. We had them come out for an assessment as we have several old, large oak trees and knew that some of our neighbors trees were already infected with oak wilt. After being given our options, we chose to have all of our large trees treated. We were very pleased with the price quote, as we knew others who had paid a lot more for this treatment. They were very prompt, professional and pleasant to do business with.

Bob's Tree Service came to the rescue! After I had not been satisfied with my attempts to do business with another tree service, Angie's sent me a list of vendors close to my home. I called Bob's and they came almost immediately. They scheduled appointments at my convenience to do two properties;a rental house I own and at my home. In both cases, they removed a couple of big trees that had been damaged by a storm, removed split branches, trimmed limbs away from the roof, topped a tree or two, and generally trimmed up the trees. The best part for me was that they left me with fire wood and they chipped all the wood so that I had mulch for the flower beds. Jeff, the owner, responded to my original call and saw that all the work was as I wanted. His staff was very competent and professional. It was a very pleasant experience and I will call them again when I need work on my trees.

When it was finished, I kept remarking the trees looked just like a photograph. The response I was given was "This is how a tree is supposed to look" and I couldn't agree more.

They were on-time, fast, and very polite and friendly. Not only did they do the contracted work, but they also took out another small stump, and chipped a few other branches that we had laying around. If that weren't enough, they also left us a pile of coarse mulch from the chipper! They cleaned everything up completely. And, now our ugly old tree actually looks beautiful!

They were very nice and professional. We enjoyed their service that they gave to us. The trees are surviving well. They have grown back and everything looks fine.

Bob was very prompt to come and give me an estimate. He arrived the next morning to do the work exactly on time. Not only did they cut up and dispose of the tree they also pulled the stump and an old adjacent stump for no charge. They also tended to other fallen branches in the yard. Very professionally done with cordial and intelligent dialogue all the way.

They came to my home and gave me an estimate first, which is what I paid. They came on time and they cleaned everything up and took it away. They did an excellent job and did it to our specifications.

Bob came out and we talked about the job and problems I had with the tree. He did suggest cabling but I nixed that idea because it would have added $300 more. He did talk a lot and ended up spending 45 min. On the estimate visit. The job was done while I was at work. The job was done just as I asked and the cleanup was complete. I was satisfied and will use them again.

We have hired this company in the past and they have always done a superior job. Tree work can be messy and they clean so carefully that you can hardly tell from the lawn that they have been there. The owner of the company is a licensed arborist and he takes some pride in the artistic quality of their work. Their work has clearly added to the attractiveness of our home.

Their prices depend on what job they do. They do good cleanup of the yard and clean up well after themselves. They have a large crew that comes out and does the work in a timely manner. Jeff who I believe is now the owner, comes out, gives the bid for the job and then he comes out initially with the crew to make sure they know exactly what to do. I enjoyed their work and I will continue to use them. They know what they're doing.

He does a good job and is reasonably priced. He always makes sure to haul everything away and there is no trash in the yard. I am very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn't know, since the company didn't have the decency to return my second call.

After moving to Texas in April and a serious drought since then, I realized that a beautiful silver maple that was giving great shade to a large deck behind my house was under stress. I was afraid that I might lose it, so I checked Angie's List and chose Bob's Tree Service. Jeff, an arborist (also current owner and son of Bob), came out the day after I called. He assessed the tree, suggested treatment, and surveyed the remaining trees and shrubs on my property. I received an estimate and set up an appointment. Jeff arrived on time, and as promised with his men and did a wonderful job. They were professional, polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Jeff indicated that it was still too hot to feed the maple tree, but that he would come back in the fall for that. The office has since called to remind me. He has come out to do the feeding (at an additional, but completely disclosed, cost of $108.25). I couldn't be happier with my first use of the List.

Bob's crew was wonderful!!!! The trees look so much better in fact the look super. The guys were extremely professional and I really was amazed at the talent of tree climbing. They left my yard as clean as it was before they started. I would recommed this company to anyone who needed tree service.

Excellent work! They arrived exactly on time and immediately began to prepare for their work. When I asked about all the rich appearing compost in the back of their truck, they offered me a trash can full, loaded it up, and deposited it alongside my driveway. This was the first time these tree's had been pruned in their almost 15+ years and they look stunning! They cleaned up all the small twigs and branches and blew away the tree dust. Bob is a certified, licensed arborist, knows his stuff, and shared his knowledge.

Jeff was excellent and the crew did excellent work. Pricing was very reasonable, too. They returned my call, came out and made an estimate, and began work the same day. They came back the next morning to finish up. I highly recommend them and am impressed with Jeff's knowledge about trees.
