Very well. Our Home is still in the 1 year warranty. They didn't put the roof on, but they came out to look at problems we had with it. Then wrote up a report for us to forward to our warranty company, and it was free of charge. Thank you all so much. Jason Lopez was very friendly and helpful when he came out.

Hank Harris worked with us every step of the way, thoroughly explaining the process. Crew worked efficiently to complete job in minimal time. Office staff assisted in filing insurance claim to finalize claim quickly. This is a great local family owned company that was a pleasure to work with. Could not have asked for a better experience. I give Billy Harris Roofing my highest recommendation.

When the wind blew some of the shingles off of my roof on April 30, 2017 I called Billy Harris Roofing because they are located in Benbrook and have been in business many years (38?) with the same phone number so I knew they were not "fly by night" ripoff. Terry Mayo came and looked at my roof, then sent a man over who put a tarp over the place where the decking was showing. After the insurance adjuster came and I got payment from USAA we set a date for the reroofing. I was surprised they do a reroof in just one day. I also had some hail damage on a window screen and the wind had blown part of my back fence and made it wobbley. Insurance also paid for those replacements and Terry Mayo of Billy Harris Roofing got the fence and screen replaced. Terry didn't ask for a penny until the job was complete - roof, fence, and window screen. The roof shingles have a 20 year warranty (I think) and Billy Harris has a 3 year labor warranty i.e. if there is any wind or hail damage to the roof within 3 years, Billy Harris will repair it with no charge for labor. I am a MOST HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF BILLY HARRIS ROOFING and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone else!!!

They did an excellent job. The took off the old roof and put a new roof on. They took away all the debris and left the job site spotless.

I approved the car port replacement and the skylight roof repair, the full roof replacement was a bit more than I can afford at this time with these other requirements

They scheduled the work, stuck to the schedule, used the materials they promised, and completed everything in a highly satisfactory manner. Even at the end of the day when the crew was worn out, they cleaned up thoroughly. Company management checked regularly to make sure the job was free of problems. This included working with the insurance company on a low estimate.

It went very smoothly. My husband, who has died since then, was not happy with a vent pipe, but roof is fine.

Hank Harris came out just hours after I called and offered a competitive bid (his was the second). Installed an upgraded roof two days later. His people were prompt and left the yard looking like no one had been there. Highly recommend.

The first highly recommended company told me that they were too busy to do the work until 2017. So I contacted Billy Harris Roofing based on Angie's List reviews.. From my first contact with Billy Harris Roofing's amazing receptionist/administrator Candi through job completion, communications were flawless. The estimator showed up on time, the price quoted was good, and they were able to do the work the following week. They used high quality materials and cleaned up nicely after the one-day job was complete. They also made it so easy for me by communicating directly with my homeowners insurance company, then letting me pay them the balance after I received the check from the insurance company.

Lots of hail damage in our area. After getting an estimate from our insurance company, we looked at two roofing companies. Billy Harris was very quick to respond and follow up with a temporary patch to stop a leak until the roof could be replaced. Then they had a cancellation in their schedule so we were able to get our roof replaced much sooner than we had hoped. There was rain forecast the next day, so they sent a double crew and finished our entire job in 7 hours. The crew was quick, well mannered and professional and cleaned up completely after the job. I would use Billy Harris again if I ever had roof issues.

Missed original appointment, had to reschedule, then they were late. That meant I ended up having to take a whole day off work instead of the few hours I had planned. The leaks have stopped, so I assume they did what they were supposed to do, but the workers were not particularly articulate, and we did not communicate well. My plumber was in the attic a few weeks ago and I asked him to check the vents. He said the workmanship was marginal, but the repair did solve the problem. He was not convinced that the repair would last.
