BDS Communications

After reading the great reviews for Brian on home advisor I filled out a request for a quote. Brian was courteous and very knowledgeable of best practices for the install. His recommendations were spot on and the job was very professionally done. Not one wire is showing. I had to run a couple errands and felt comfortable allowing Brian to complete the work while I continued with the rest of my day. I would definitely recommend BDS!!

Installed flat screen tv's on wall. Did a very nice job.

Brain responded quickly to my voicemail, asked specific questions about my needs and gave me an estimate over the phone. I had to reschedule our appointment and he easily accommodated the change. He was able to "find" power (the builder had not done this) and wired an outlet above the fireplace. He hung the television/ sound bar etc and concealed everything. He made sure the TV, sound etc were all working correctly... and even painted over nail heads and vacuumed the dust mess. He probably save me $200-300 over what the Best Buy Geek Squad had quoted ($300 plus get an electrician to get power). He was very pleasant and a true professional. I would not hesitate to use BDS Communications again in the future.

He was on time for the both estimate and installation. Very professional and reasonable. In fact, there was aspect of of equipment install that he didn't like and while I was ok with it as was, he wanted to try another option and which required an another trip to the house. Turned out to be much better option and worked out great.

Brian and Shane were wonderful to work with. They arrived promptly, worked around my schedule. I needed to have outdoor speakers working properly for an event and they made a special trip to ensure that happened. They were sure that all the components were working perfectly before they left and even though they spent more time here than they expected they did not charge more than the original proposal.

They arrived on time, seemed organized and professional. Their pricing was right in the middle of other providers on Angie's List. I would highly recommend them again.

BDS AVCOM was very courteous, professional and accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well. What a professional. And he brought his own vacuum to clean up his dust.

The guy that came out, Brian, did a great job. He was very professional. They had a fair price. Brian was able to come out the day that we called. The service was really good.
