+ -1 moreWe had Arrow out to install termite protection at our home. The tech destroyed our sprinkler system, severing a pipe causing a leak and severing the sprinkler electrical line in three places. Our contact, Alex, told us to have a plumber come out to diagnose and repair the issue, and Arrow would reimburse us the cost of the plumber. We've been told the check is in the mail multiple times but it has all been lies, and we are still trying to get reimbursed 4 months later. Alex had now ghosted us after we asked for his boss's contact information. Steer clear of this shady company!

Description of Work: Treated termites in one spot and then installed a Sentricon system that is environmentally better (green) than spraying chemicals. They are Sentricon certified. Both the salesman and the installer were great. I really like this company. Very responsive.

He showed up on time, was incredibly thorough and explained all aspects of his findings (actual lack of findings to be honest) with me. I liked that not only did he do the work himself, but he drew out the house outline and marked all details for potential problems in the future, and how to keep an eye on specific areas. I have discussed ongoing pest control pricing with him, and plan to use his company in the future for routine maintenance.

Description of Work: The information above reflects appointments with a pest control technician for quarterly service. He was very responsive after listening to me lay out the history of problems and challenges that I had been dealing with. Since having my house treated by this company, I have seen the "pest traffic" slow down significantly. | |At this appointment, I also met with a home evaluator(at no extra charge). He was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. He helped me by providing a second opinion concerning an existing termite problem, which included evaluating damage, making repair recommendations and offering information and pricing on a Sentricon system. The pricing was very reasonable. I would challenge you to compare your current rates with other vendors to theirs. The home evaluator also consulted with me on suggestions for my quarterly treatment as well as a regular mosquito treatment. He was able to offer rates on the spot and educate me about my home, my property and the best treatment options for my situation. | |Also their office staff is extremely responsive and helpful.

+ -1 moreThe company told me when they would be at my house (within a one hour window!), showed up on time, and solved the problem (ants) with an outside spraying. The representative was neatly attired, very respectful and offered a good suggestion. What is not to like?

+ -1 moreI've had them since I've lived in this town. They're good. I like them. I didn't pay them anything today because I pay an annual fee for termite stuff. He said everything is as fine as can be. They're wonderful. I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreThis company is unethical, in my opinion. My elderly mother has dementia and they suckered her into paying for MONTHLY pest control over 5 years ago. I hate to think of the thousands of dollars they scammed her out of. When she had a stroke, I saw the bills and immediately called the office to cancel the service. A month later, when Mom had just gotten home from the hospital, some guy turns up at her house and demands $100. Mom handed him the money, since she can remember very little from day to day. I'm appalled at these crooks taking advantage of elderly people this way. If they turn up at Mom's house again, the care givers have been instructed to call the police.

+ -1 moreIt worked and I haven't had a problem with anything. When we first moved into the house, we had ants and we had animals coming in, and it has pretty much been taken care of. They do what they say the product is going to do. They are prompt, they remind me of the appointments, and they are always here when they say they're going to be here.

Description of Work: During thr summer, squirrels have eaten their way into my roof. Arrow exterminators got rid of them and patched up the holes around the house that were caused by these squirrels.
