+ -1 moreI have had experiences with window people in the past and almost every time they try to sell you something. These guys came out and were so personable and worked very h****** this old window that had been caulked by someone in the past. He had to remove all the caulk, which was a huge and frustrating job, but they did it with a smile and they didn't attempt to charge me more than they would if it was an easy fix. I like to oversee things which frustrates some people, but he made me feel like I was a long time friend and we had a great conversation while he just worked away! These guys are really great!
