Juan was very professional and efficient in the cleaning of my carpets. I was very pleased with how they looked when he finished. I will be replacing my carpet in a couple of years and he had some good information on brands I should look at. He seemed very knowledgeable about his profession.The carpets took a bit longer to dry than I thought and he came back to my house with an industrial fan to help it dry faster. I would definately use him again and recommend him.

Juan came out and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in this property. It was a single family home located in Mansfield with carpet in 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 hallway, and 3 closets. He did an excellent job and the carpets came out great. This home was under contract for sale and we were just performing a carpet clean for the new buyers!

He did a great job and actually charged me less than he had quoted because he noticed that the rooms were a little smaller than he thought. He explained everything very clearly.

Juan came out the next day and steam cleaned a rental home I just purchased. He pays great attention to detail and performs superior work! He cleaned 3 bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, 2 walk in closets, and a master bathroom for his quoted price of $139.00. I've used him previously on another rental property and my result and experience was similar; $109 for 4 bedrooms and a walk in closet on the other property. This guy uses a heavy duty, van mounted steam cleaner that is similar to what the big boys (Stanley and Dalworth) are using out there and charges half the price. This fine piece of equipment runs somewhere in the neighborhood of $20k. If you need a professional carpet cleaning, give Aqua Steam a call, you will not be disappointed and will save big $$$ versus the big companies. I will continue to use Juan on future rentals and investment properties.

Juan did a great job of cleaning very soiled and stained carpets at a lower price than what I'd been paying another well known company. His quality was better. He was able to provide service on short notice and accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend this small company.
