They are very accommodating and have a great customer service attitude. They always do a good job and I will use them again.

The worst experience I've had with a service professional in the last 10 years. I had them out (through AHS) to repair/replace a leaking water heater. They accepted an emergency work order on Sunday, even though they were not open on Sunday. I finally found out that they were going to come by between 10 and 2 on Monday by calling the office at 9:45 Monday (I couldn't get through before then). The tech showed up and said it would be $550 above and beyond the AHS cost, citing code violations. I asked the tech to call me, they never did, even though the secretary paged him 4 times over 2 days. I finally gave up and hired an independent contractor to come in (Rescue Rooter), and they said that the there were no code violations, and that he could do the work for $150 (including hauling away the old water heater).

THE SERVICE WAS FINE, THOUGH THEY DID HAVE TO RETURN TO FIX THE SAME TOILET ON TWO OCCASIONS. THEY HOWEVER DID NOT CHARGE FOR A RETURN VISIT. THE PROBLEM WAS EVENTUALLY FIXED.

THEY WERE VERY TIMELY. THEY HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE.

REPAIR WAS CONDUCTED QUICKLY, BUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO SHEET ROCK REPAIRS SHOULD THEY HAVE TO ACCESS PIPING INTERIOR TO WALLS. THIS LED TO ADDITIONAL BIDS AND REQUISITIONS FOR WORK TO REFINISH THE WALL FOLLOWING THE PLUMBING REPAIRS. I WAS PARTIALLY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF PLUMBING, BUT OVERALL I WAS NOT PARTICULARLY SATISFIED.
