+ -1 moreI called Tommy on Wednesday but he was booked up so he couldn't get here until Friday, but I have another bathroom to shower in, so that was not a big thing. When He got here he took care of the problem, which I had thought was much worse, since I had wet carpet in my bedroom, but he assured me it was just from the shower, and it was ok to use the sink and toilet in the master bath, as well as my laundry facilities, which are on the same drain line. I have called upon this plumber in the past for many years, and would not call anyone else. He does good work, is honest about what needs to be done, and I trust him. I am awaiting his recommendation about who to have do the shower pan and tile work.
Description of Work: Stopped constant dripping in master bath shower; stopped water from running from under knobs when showering in the guest bath. Advised that I needed a new shower pan and tile work and caulking in the master bath shower, as well as new valves.

Description of Work: Alpha plumbing is a great - we had an emergency need for a handicapped accessible shower and tommy got to us quickly and had the old tub out and the new shower in, with all the required plumbing changes done, in no time. we will use him for everything plumbing related until he quits the business.

+ -1 moreMY HUSBAND & I FELT THE PRICES WERE HIGH AND WE WERE NOT OVERALL PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW FAUCET IN BATHROOM SINK AND HOT WATER IN BATHTUB WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WE HAD EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE, BUT AFTER REPAIRS THE WATER PRESSURE IS NOT AS GOOD.
