The provider was prompt, professional, and friendly. He answered a lot of questions and even checked out another plumbing issue I had on my outdoor faucet. I would definitely call All Delgado again for any future repairs.

Terrible. I would not use All Delgados again. Untrustworthy.
Description of Work: I found All Delgados Plumbing on Craigslist. Adolph came out once before to unstop a drain line for about $60 which was a fair price . I called him out a second time to repair a leak in my primary drain line for the air handler (part of the air conditioner) in the attic. He came out and repaired 2 leaks. I used my a/c later that day and heard water running and went into my dining room to find water running out of the light fixture again. I shut off the a/c, went into the attic and found a third leak about 10 " further up the line from Adoph's repairs. I was distressed that my sheet rock was damaged further and I still had a leak. I called and spoke to his wife several times ( Adolph would not take the call himself) and she said he wanted to replace the whole drain line for another couple of hundred dollars. I did not think it was necessary to replace the whole drain line. Only a small section of the line dipped to create a low spot where water could collect over the winter , freeze and cause the pipe to break. After explaining this to his wife I asked again if he would come out and repair the leak he missed. She said she would check with him . They never called me back and they did not return my last call. In the end I paid him $120, my sheetrock was damaged further, and the leak was not repaired. I talked to Adoph quit a bit when he came out to clean my drain. I learned that he was newly licensed, but I trusted him with the leak because he seemed to know what he was doing. Now I regret trusting someone with so little experience. I would not have felt so bad about my sheet rock being damaged further by his negligence if he had made an effort to correct the problem. Inexperience and poor customer service was my experience.

Response from All Delgado's Plumbing
When we went to check out the member's leaks she showed us how it was leaking through the sheet rock in her dinning room area. We explained to her that there was a fee for finding the leak. The member did not want to pay for a leak location, she instead took Adolph into the attic and pulled back the insolation and showed him were the leaks were in the insolated copper line. This was an unusual case to begin with, it was 3/4" insolated copper condinsation drain from the ac unit that had freeze breaks in the line. She was repairing leaks in the roof while we were there. The member told us that she had quit a few problems with the house she had just purchased a few months back, showing us the ac unit outside that was damaged by a hail storm. Adolph went into the attic and soddered and insolated the two leaks that the member showed him. The member also took us into her bathroom and showed Adolph her toilet that was giving her problems. Adolph explained to her how to fix the issue and the member wanted to address the issues herself. The member called a few days later because she discovered another leak. Becky explained to her that we would be happy to come back and repair the line for a discounted additional charge, but Adolph suggested that it would be more affordable for her if we reran the condinsation line to a closer location. The member insisted that Adolph should of seen the other freeze break in the insolated line that was just a few feet from the original leaks. Becky explained to the member that Adolph would have found the other leak if she would have allowed us to preform a leak location. The member did not ask to speak to Adolph, which he would have been happy to speak with her. The member asked Becky if she new of a good ac person, the member stated that she was going to get a new ac unit installed because the unit she had was not working correctly due to hail damage and the age of the unit, she was going to get an ac person to run the new line but wanted Adolph to repair the other leak for free until she could afford the ac unit. Becky explained if we repaired that leak and another one was found should we repair that one for free also? Becky did return her call and left a message on her answering machine asking the member to call her back. Adolph has been a licensed plumber for 17 years, he recently (1 year ago) received his master license and went into buisness for himself. Our goal is to become your lifetime plumber, We are honest, trustworthy and very affordable. We are fully licensed and insured. It is unfortunate that the member would feel this way, but if the member had allowed us to do our job as plumbers in the beginning and not decided that she was the plumber, this would have never happened. Our customers are very important to us! We have learned a very important lesson from this customer.
