Description of Work: THIS COMPANY DESIGNED AND INSTALLED A BRICK BOARDER AROUND OUR FLOWER BEDS AT OUR NEW HOME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN MATCHING THE BRICK ON OUR NEW HOME.

+ -1 moreTO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, ACME BRICK IS THE ONLY LOCAL SOURCE FOR THE IBP GLASS BLOCK SYSTEM. THIS IS THE SECOND INSTALLATION OF IBP GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS IN OUR HOME. I DID ALL OF THE MEASURING MYSELF AND ORDERED THE TWO GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS DIRECTLY FROM ACME BRICK IN THEIR SEVENTH STREET STORE. THE WINDOWS WERE COMPLETED SLIGHTLY AHEAD OF THE PROMISED DATE. IN ALL RESPECTS THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND ACME BRICK WAS MOST HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Description of Work: I CONTRACTED WITH ACME BRICK FOR THEM TO MAKE TWO GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS. THESE GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS ARE MADE MY THE IBP COMPANY (REPRESENTED LOCALLY BY ACME BRICK) AND ARE COMPRISED OF AN ALUMINUM FRAME (GRID) AND INDIVIDUAL GLASS BLOCKS. THIS UNIQUE SYSTEM IS IDEALLY SUITED FOR DIY INSTALLATION OR EVEN THE REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STANDARD WINDOWS (AS WAS THE CASE AT OUR HOME). THE COMPLETED INSTALLATION IS EXCELLENT, FULLY SEALED, PROVIDING EXCELLENT INSULATION (NOT ONLY INSULATING HEAT & COLD BUT ALSO SOUND). THE SYSTEM USES NO MESSY MORTAR, RELYING INSTEAD ON A SPECIAL SILICON SEALANT FOR THE FINAL SEALING.
