AAA ADVANCED TREE CARE

I've used Steve's company in the past to clear out some brush and provide some tree trimming.  I recently ran into an issue with a sick Red Oak tree.  With their expertise in trees, I thought I'd give them a call once again.  I called Steve a couple of times and left messages.  I finally got a hold of him after multiple tries and he mentioned he tried calling me and got some automated message.  (which seems to be the MO for contractors with poor record of responsiveness).  Well I let him have the benefit of the doubt, though I know his excuse was a bit bogus.  He mentioned he was at the Dr office and would call me right after and swing by on his way home.    I let a few hours go by and reached out to him multiple times, as well as text him a couple to try and reach him as I was desperate for information on my sick tree.  Again, not a peep.
Look I understand that people get busy and at times forgetfullness comes into play.  After multiple attempts to reach him, this was not forgetfullness but rather unprofessionalism.  Just simply tell me that this job is out of your wheelhouse or you're too busy, but to not respond to repetitive calls and texts shows down right disrespectfulness and a guy who just doesn't need the business.  No problem.  He won't be getting mine nor anyone I come in contact in my neighborhood.

They were pretty good. They were very clean and efficient. They did a really nice job. They were very thorough and quick. They were in the block working in my neighbors property, so I decided to use them. The quality of their work was very good.
