They had an office here, and then I found out that they just had an office, but all the trucks were from Texas. The office was just a business office, and I don't think they had any warehouse in town. They were advertising that they were a large roofing company in the midwest. They were in Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. They were real good about giving you the impression that they were local. I checked on BBB and they gave them a B+ rating and said that they had been in Omaha for 8 years so I did my due diligence. They were terrible. I am not even sure that the workers were legal because I spoke to the general contractor and then he left and all the workers spoke Spanish, I couldn't talk to them. Eventually I had to talk to the owner. Another home owner in the neighborhood had a leak, and she spoke to the owner and passed the contact to me. When I complained about the leak, instead of replacing the flashing, they just caulked it. That held on for about 3 years, and started leaking this spring. The fellow didn't want to come back and repair it, even though they gave me a paper to say there was a 5 year warranty. He then sent somebody who had Oklahoma plates. The insurance agency covered the cost. I told the man that I had just redone the roof when I put the addition on my house. I told him that I know how much it costs, and he had more than his profit covered on it, so he should come back and fix it. They were responsive when they wanted my business and they slapped it on and were out of here. They were very professional and polite in the beginning, but when it came time to settle up and I pointed out the damage around my property, they were nasty.

It was all done in one day, it looks great and they did an excellent job on the cleanup.

Worked with my insurance company quite well, had to go back a get a supplement without any problems. They arrived when they said, did the work as promised. Excellent clean-up, and the crew was great. Garry was our point of contact, and he stepped us through the entire process. Would recommend them highly.
