Total Renovations

Total Renovations are very professional. They showed up on time and they did a great job. They went room to room and kept the house in order. They are always very particular in everything they do. Our floors are great and they also put in new baseboards in the house. Everything looks pretty great. They have reasonable prices. They also did my fence and replaced a couple of windows for me. I would definitely hire these people again.

In the month of April a tornado hit my neighborhood and knocked down a majority of our wooden fence. I called around and got numerous estimates to put up an 8 ft cedar board on board fence. Before I made my decision I decided to drive through my neighborhood one more time to check out any of the fences that may have been put up since the tornado. I saw some men staining a fence that actually had to sit right next to the community perimeter fence. It looked great. I could not even tell where the community fence stopped and the resident's fence started. I pulled over and spoke with Doug from Total Renovations who is the owner of the company. He was very polite and agreed to come over to my house that night as soon as he completed that fence work to write me up an estimate. Doug explained everything to me regarding the process of installing a new fence. Our yard slopes in different areas and Doug drew a picture of what would need to be done in those areas and let me know exactly how it would look. He also explained how the posts would be installed and what material would be used for my fence. I called Doug the next day and let him know that we decided to have Total Renovations install our fence. Doug and his crew showed up early the next morning and tore out any remaining fence that was still up, and set the metal posts around the perimeter of the yard. They let the posts set overnight and showed up the next morning and put up the rails and the pickets. My yard is a large yard and I had to purchase a lot of pickets. The crew checked each picket for any knots, splits or cracks before installing each one. They also custom built a double 6 ft gate with a header with 2x 4 rails on the back of it for added strength and long life. Doug came by to do an inspection of the fence prior to the staining. During the few days that Total Renovations was working on my fence, several close by neighbors stopped and spoke with Doug and also signed up to have a fence installed. Total Renovations does more than just fences. I got estimates on a few other items that need to be completed at my house. (Paint Exterior and Interior , Floors, and Patio. I definately plan to hire this company again.
