We have used Titan Waste for almost 4 years now. Not professional to say the least. We’ve had issues with the drivers not fixing the dumpster lids properly and our trash would not go in, it would sit on top of the plastic lids, to keep from the plastic lids eventually breaking and them charging us for it I called into the office and spoke with Judy, she told me to send pictures (I did), the drivers would then still not fix and shut lids properly. After one of their drivers getting bite by our dog from sticking his arm over the fence (there are 3 “Beware of Dogs” signs posted on the fence that he stuck his arm over, we were called by the owner Ashley stating that the dogs needed to be put up or they would not empty out dumpster… said our location was between 8am-11am. Over the past couple of months the drivers started slacking and would come 2-3 hours past the time window we were given. After noticing this for these months I texted the number to see if the time frame for our location had changed. I get a call back from Judy stating that pick up time is from 8am-7pm, I told her that Ashley told me nearly a year ago that about said time frame that was given to us specifically, and how I can not keep my German Shepards locked up for that long, however if the time frame for my location has changed please advise me so I can work accordingly with them to insure the dogs are inside. About an hour after the phone call, I get a call back from Judy (who is rude and was laughing) saying that they have decided to cancel service . I asked why and she said I don’t know, I proceeded to tell her that as a loyal customer of almost 4 years I deserved to know why and she laughed and said it’s probably because of all the complaining. Very rude and not professional at all. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. Let alone my husband has known the owner Ashley since they were little little kids, his Mom babysat her for years and has been family friends for over 40 YEARS and we still got treated this way!!! So sad, and to top it off we had their big purple Titan Waste dumpster located outside our property fence line off hwy 175 as free advertisement. Their loss!!

I called and complained while the truck was in front of my house I stop to flag the driver down and he speeds off I’m sure all my neighbors saw it on the ring doorbells he picked one trash can and because I didn’t put the trash can in the right direction he drove off and I was right there but it’s ridiculous how a trash company inputs all these rules for customers to follow yet has zero respect for the customer. I wrote a review Brian claimed to be the owner and responded with a hasty message and then get the driver to come back a hr later come in my drive way after I put the trash can back and take and canceled my service because I was gonna have to wait till next week and have to pay for bulk trash just cause they seemed it was not in right direction so my trashed was left but I went back and went thru all the reviews some seemed fake with 5 stars cause it’s never been five stars but all the bad ones were all customers faults Titan has an answer for every bad review and yet they are never at fault it always the customer. They claim to respond to complaint but that’s a lie. They claim to desperately try to get in touch with you but it’s a lie to resolve issues oops I’m Wrong when they finally do guess what you have to pay extra or you have to wait till the following week and pay for bulk because by them you will have excessive trash ohh and a box that can’t fit in trash is considered bulk. 😂 I have had numerous issues and they always made it seem like I was at fault. I had it the disrespect for my property was a no for me I am looking for a better company that values customers and not just the money. I put up with a lot from this trash company from the drivers throwing trash can in ditch. From them breaking trash cans to them change how the trash has to be a certain way or facing a certain way or not to high or no boxes to 2ft apart. I respectfully paid on time and dealt with the policies but this family owned company has no respect for the customers and don’t care about the complaints cause they find away to redeem themselves to people with lies.

They canceled my service bc I made a complaint about how the workers had to work on the 4th of July but the office people got time paid off and told them that’s a day to spend with your family trash is not more important than spending the day our loved ones died for. Week before also made a complaint bc the driver of the truck was throwing rocks at my dog and told them it’s unacceptable

Horrible Service cost 8-10 dollars more per month. I set a dog bed beside can and they refuse to pick up. The guys just dumped trash can and left it. This is the second time they just leave things. Even though my can is full half the time...but if you have extra one time they just leave it. They want you to call and schedule bulk pick up so they can charge you more. I cancelled service and am going to either county wide sanitation or black jack sanitation. Both cheaper than Titan and hopefully better service.

I used this company for many many years, paying more than I would a competitor, because I wanted to support a Forney family owned business. I Always kept my can extremely clean And bagged All our trash!!! I Always paid on time also. I had paid my quarterly fee, gave them notice we would be moving and paid 5 weeks of service over, due to ending service with Titan. I was told on the phone that I Would receive a refund for those weeks. I never received the refund, after 6 months, so I called. I was told my message would be passed on to the appropriate person. I called again but was then told that my Overpayment would not be refunded and charged for them picking up the can and a sterilization fee... I read Titan’s customer agreement and I upheld all residential customer requirements and more. No where is it stated there is a pick up fee for can and charge for sterilization. Allowance for delivery of can, pick up, sterilization, maintenance for their cans for repairs etc is included in the service fees customers are billed and pay for to use their service. Again, I used them for years and years and years because I lived in my home in Forney for 20 years!! It’s the principle and I should receive my refund for being a loyal and paying on time, Never late customer that kept their can disinfected and clean. I put my trash in trash bags out of respect and curtesy to the hard working people that came to pick up my trash also...witnessing my neighbors throw food etc in the can and not using trash bags. I am disappointed and aggravated that I am not being given a refund when I over paid for a service. That is absolutely poor customer service and just wrong!

We had been using this company for 12 years now. They come every week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. They always show up when they are supposed to. We have had no complaints with them what so ever.
