Description of Work: Exterminated ants inside house. |Service same day I called. Technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. The treatment appears to have worked as I have not seen ants in the house since.

Description of Work: Needed a last minute termite inspection for a home purchase. Step by Step was recommended by my home inspector and made time to be there when he was performing the rest of the inspection (with less than 24 hours notice).

+ -1 moreI logged in online and used their online scheduler to make an appointment for a termite inspection on a house i was purchasing. It was a very easy system to use. They called and confirmed the appointment. They were prompt and on time, and then posted the report electronically. I even paid them electronically through a portal on their web page. Very user friendly, these guys are super easy to deal with. The price for a termite inspection ($60) was the lowest I found in the area as well.
