Our mission is to provide the absolute best service from your first call, through the roofing process and beyond. Your roof is not only the crown, regarding the appearance of your home, but also your first line of defense against the elements. High quality materials and workmanship are crucial in providing you with an aesthetically pleasing and long lasting roof. You will only have quality materials installed on your project. We have extensive roof installation experience on the widest range of sloped roofs – large or small, new construction, renovations or additions. Simmons and Sons Roofing will work with you to provide you with an analysis of what type roof system is best for your home or building. Our company employees many qualified craftsman with decades of experience installing the most difficult roof systems who focus on the long term quality of their installations as well as the meticulous details required with your roof systems. We offer you a free no obligation, no hassle estimate. You just contact us with your information and we will come out and give you a written estimate of how much your new roof or repairs will cost. You do not even have to be present. You may simply inform us of a safe place to leave your estimate, or another method to have it delivered to you, and review the paperwork at your convenience. As always, if you would prefer talking to one of our roof consultants, you may contact us at any time. You will never be contacted by a representative of this company unless you ask. You will be provided with an upfront price for your protection. Occasionally (less than 1% of all jobs) we must deviate from our original estimate, but we will contact you and/or your insurance company and take photos for you records if we must perform any work not stated on the estimate. This is normally caused by damaged wood or an additional hidden layer of shingles not included your estimate. Due to the varying prices of roofing and construction materials our estimates are only valid from 15 days from the date of the estimate. Once the contract is signed and dated, the price will not increase, even if there is an increase in material costs. You do not need to inform us of any specials or discounts until time of payment.

Another company wanted to replace the leaking skylight, at a cost of $750. Simmons and Sons not only did the repair on this skylight, he went ahead and sealed around the other skylight "just in case" and removed branches that were scraping the roof at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Repair leak around skylight.

So quick and easy. He doesn't know it, but out of several contractors that I called, he was the only one that I ended up getting a quote from. One didn't have a voicemail. A couple didn't call me back. Some had poorer ratings. This guy came out free of charge and put a tarp on my leaking roof. Then when I decided to hire him for the job, he just went out and completed it and everything looks good. I would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: He tarped a leaking roof, and later I hired him to get a completely new roof - as mine was toast.

They arrived when they said they would be here and had the job completed in two days. Everything was cleaned-up and they made sure that all of the old nails and roofing were removed from the flower beds around the house. Most importantly, the new roof doesn't leak and it looks great. These guys did a top-notch job!
Description of Work: Removed old roof, installed new roof, skylights, added 2 turbine vents, new drip rail, and vent stacks.

Description of Work: I requested information through the sight for roofing from a different company. Simmons & Sons showed up stating they were contacted by the original company. He did perform the repairs I inquired about and we also came to terms for him to clean and paint the roof of my mobilehome.

We knew we had some roof damage on our Mobile Home. I called Simmons and Sons Roofing on December 12th they came out on December 13th and gave us a very reasonable estimate. On December 14th they perfomed the work. We could not be happier. This company is prompt, professional, and very honest. I will use their services again and I will always recommend their company for roofing.
Description of Work: Replaced missing and damaged shingles, sealed and painted vents, installed flashing across back roof.
