Ok, I just needed a purchase place for matching paint and still cannot locate it like I was told by the owner. I had 2 flats from nails left in the yard, he was going to send me the money for 1,,,it never made it. If the contractors word is no good for even the simple things, what was the work like,,, should I have watched the complete job?

Excellent. Great work by professionals. MSM did an incredible job with my roof. A crew of 8 guys came and got everything done in just one day and it looks amazing. They kept my property clean and were very friendly and respectful. They went above and beyond and helped with more than just the roof. They are very knowledgeable on roofing, insurance, and everything else in the business. Highly recommend!!

MSM Construction recently replaced my roof and gutters. Their work was outstanding! In fact, the entire experience was awesome! Micah is extremely knowledgeable about the products and the entire process. His vast knowledge of the insurance industry was a big help! His crew is very efficient! They showed great respect for my property while performing their job! They were always on time and hard working. Every aspect of the job was communicated wonderfully! Their cleanup was thorough! He came in and did a thorough inspection and said that there will be a lot of work to be done. They were very experienced, they showed up on time, and when they said they'll gonna be here they will be there. The painter covered everything and thorough in finding things I couldn't find. They were trustworthy too. They were all really good. The roof was done in 2 days, the gutters put on in 3 hours, and the painting was done in 10 hours. I was very impressed. This is the best contractor I've used for 55 years. It really gives me a lot of peace of mind. They are working for my interest, helping me understand the process, showing things that needs to be done, and helping me make the right decision.
